I appreciate how quick an easy it is for me to shop and locate what I need. Love the shop-in-store feature in the App. The employee's are always helful and friendly.

When you go to a big box store the supplies are going to be similar quality as other stores so the quality of employees is what matters. All the employees at this store are great and willing to help with getting supplies to complete any project you have

I was very pleased as I could not lift today and Kardell was there to help out and make sure items were delivered to my car without causing any damage because of the rocks purchased. He put tape on the bag that was open to make sure it did not make a mess,

so refreshing to find so many employees on the floor ready to assist!

I shop at the Watervill store roughly every other day. Amy at the pro desk has always been extremely helpful. Paul at the pro desk also does a great job.

I really enjoy the staff at the Home Depot and find the staff knowledgeable and courteous. I shop a lot at the store and really like to Pro Desk.

My son and I went into the store last night to buy wood needed to rebuild our back deck. I needed 2 boards cut. After waiting for 23 minutes for someone to "be right over" my son went to go look for someone else to help us. In the meantime I got the two that I needed cut down off the rack. Both of them very heavy. As I was looking in the other direction a young man that was working walked over and took my boards and put them back. When I told him I needed them cut and was also looking for 3 other boards he took my list pointed them out to me and went to walk away. An older gentleman that was working came over with my son and asked the young man to cut the boards for me. He said he would with a very nasty look on his face. When I again asked him to cut them he started to go over to a totally different shelf and started to mess with the wood. Not at all doing what was asked of him. I then left. My father and I give Home Depot a lot of business through our company. Needless to say after speaking with my father we will no longer be doing business with Home Depot

Kelley E. in paint was an absolute wizard of color matching and helpful in fixing a mistake from another store. I had bought 2 gallons of paint at the South Portland(SP) store. I brought the color chips that I wanted & the colors they gave me didn't match The person at the SP store assured me that they would dry correctly so I left, went home & painted & realize these are nowhere near the color chips. Kelley helped me work w/ the SP store to refund & get the correct colors. She is an all-star all around. The Waterville store was clean and everyone was so kind and helpful. Major thanks to Kelley E and everyone here.

I love shopping here. I can make my place look cozy just with the small things. Puck lights and small kitchen rugs and plumbers tape. Just to name a few recent purchases. My cats love the rugs..

My husband and I live about 2.5 hours away and needed some supplies for construction work on our home. Not only did the store have the perfect ceiling fan we have been looking for but we had three store employees approach us to offer help and lead us to exactly where the products were. A great visit!
