I spent at least an hour or so at home online picking out available product I needed (gutters in this case) measuring the area on garage, talking it over with my spouse, writing down the products carefully on paper and making sure of availability before heading out on a 1 hour + round trip to Waterville Home Depot, just to discover that the manager isn't doing their job and the product was not available. Oh, you might say, hey, maybe you should have called first...well I shouldn't have to as the production information, if not accurate online, then Home Depot shouldn't have an online presence, cause what's the point, right. But have you ever tried to call the Home Depot in Waterville? It's impossible. I called them about a week ago to find out if they have two sections of Split Rail fencing, and only because I have a headset, I stayed on the phone for 20 minutes waiting for someone to pickup. They initially picked up the phone, but while they were trying to locate someone to help me...I was on hold forever and finally hung up after about 20-25 minutes. If I don't need to go to Home Depot...I won't. It's a very bad shopping experience.

If you have any shed needs please deal with Tori or Jenny at the pro desk they will take care of everything you need these two women go out of their way for you And are the best to deal with

When you go to self checkout with a lot of similar items in the cart, and the associate ask to help you out without asking her, is greatly appreciated. Checkout was easy and fast!

Great Home Depot to shop for all your business and home necessities and I have never witnessed such a beautiful outdoor selection of flowers and tomato plants. All shelves were filled inside and out. Keep up the great work at the Waterville Store. Martin L.

Will someone please say thank you? I’ve spent over $5,000 here in the last 3 months and I’m never thanked at the register. It really irritates me so I can’t recommend shopping here. Moreover, none of the employees ever know where merchandise is located. It’s almost comical to be sent 3 different places for an item except that we have work to do:(

The associate in flooring told me that there was no more of my tile in the store or even anywhere in Maine. While checking out with Rob, I told him so he looked and said NO! we have 44 boxes. He took the time and located it in the overhead and oversaw bring it down while I went to the doctors. I came back and checked out with my whole needs. Great job Rob!!!

Store is always busy, but the associates are more than eager to help find whatever it is you are looking for and then some. I won't go anywhere else for my Home Improvement needs just because of the service I receive there!

Home improvement stores are not my natural habitat AND I forgot my stupid measurements, so I had to go back home to figure out the A/C "hole"... was hot and unhappy. But the employees were amazing! Robert helped me select a unit, the blonde gal at self check out helped me check out (Sorry no name!) And the guy that help me lug the thing to my car!!!! All nice, empathetic to my misery..... good people! Thank you guys so much for helping me today. I hope your manager reads this to you!

Store use to be up on things But getting any kind of service is horrid. If I had time, I would have gone to Augusta store, much better store. I just had 18 teeth pulled and dentures, and while trying t return a couple post, the cashier there, Celeste, was rude and was mumbling things under her breath. I spoke to a manager, hopefully this will improve.

The store clerks & cashiers at the Waterville store are cordial, informative & helpful & the general appearance of the store is one of tidiness while being well stocked. If a product is not available during a shopping period clerks will seek that product from other stores for pick up in Waterville.

I've been to this store several times since moving back to Maine and buying a home in Vassalboro and it's ALWAYS the same great people and the store always has what I need! I've been to many Homedepots in various states in my 73 years but this store stands out from the rest!

Employees were extremely helpful, to the that went far above and beyond in providing quality service.

The store employees were pleasant, offered assistance and were available when needed. The shelves were well stocked, especially compared to the store in Augusta, ME. We spent $1600 today and were able to get what we needed and assistance without trouble. I wish we lived closer to this store!!

Went in Wednesday, the very worst customer experience ever. Almost got run over by a posse of Home Depot employee's going out as I was coming in. No excuse me, so rude. Service counter was not any better, looked up and saw me standing there and went back to what she was doing. Finally asking what I needed, she was one of two different employees that sent me on different wild goose chase, and the third telling me that Home Depot did not carry what I was looking for. Even though I had bought them there before. Left went up to Aubuchon Hardware. Run out tonight, so I called Home Depot, a gentleman name Greg told me he did have them, what aisle and bay I would find them in. I went in and got all that was there, Thank you Greg

The store is welcoming, staff courteous, and supplies unlimited.

All employees were fantastic, friendly and helpful. I was able to get everything I needed and left happy.

Gas grill not on the floor, couldn’t find one in a box. 2 young men were very helpful, located the grill, brought it out to our truck and helped load it. Have been to HI stores lately, including HD, either no one to help, or assistants walked by and ignored you. The 2 young men at the Waterville store did a great job.

On 08/06/2020 @ 3:16 pm I visited the home Depot in Waterville returning an unopened piece of merchandise. Christine asked me if it was opened and I said no. She proceeded to open the box in front of me and said it was opened. I said yes.... you just opened it. What an attitude Christine had........like I was bothering her. Very long story!!!!!!!
