The Waukegan location is my go to Home Depot. I figured out that when I do a quick Google search Home Depot location, confirm all that item I'm looking for on the Home Depot website it tells me which aisle and Bay, the product I'm looking for is in. I am very pleased with this ability as to not have to interrupt the employees that are replenishing the inventory of the store. Thank you all that have a hand in keeping the store in a clean and optimal condition.

Bought a workbench and he assisted me in the most courteous, friendly and professional manner. Wonderful young man helping a senior citizen out. I relayed details to the management team and hope he gets Employee of the Month!

This Home Depot is great! Lots of workers to assist you if help is needed, very neat, and clean!

Let me lead with..." huge fan of The Home Depot; and always will be. I'm a customer who happens to be a former associate (Store #1955). I love your store's layout; and without the very visible signage I would have been wandering around looking for 2 simple items for my project. I get that everyone is busy with store checklist and things of that sort; but there was no one around to even ask a question. finally got what i needed and left...paid for it and left.

I went in to purchase an air conditioner and hardware. Ms Faye signed me up for a credit card. Really sweet and funny lady. Excellent customer service. Lee was so helpful in hardware. Very pretty and knowledgeable young lady. Always smiling. Rodney was so helpful and kind. He graciously helped me to my car and loaded it. My overall experience was a 10 out of 10. I love the people in this store :-)

Love the Lawn and Gardent Deparment! They always have a great selection of bedding plants and hanging plants and the employees take good care of them. Good selection of roses bushes and perrenials.

I wasn’t sure what the part was called, but when I explained what it did, he knew what I needed and told me the aisle and bin where I would find it. Given the difficulty in finding good employees, Scott is an asset to Home Depot.

I bought some wireless cameras and the quality is exceptional. I would recommend this Home Depot because the employees are very, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Viviana for example, the self checkout person went way above and beyond to help me!

This store really shows how much they care for their customers the associates really show this. I have a wonderful experience with the young lady named Maria at the Service Desk.

I had a wonderful woman name Diana that helped me return some boxes filled with online orders and she was so patient helping me go through each item I had on my phone. Thanks

I was able to find all of the products I was shopping for at this location. Customer Service was completely professional and made you feel like you were appreciated shopping at this Home Depot Location.

The customer service representative was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me be able to return my extra packing boxes. Plus you can get a hot dog and chips on your way out!

I've been shopping at this store for years and I am so pleased with all the changes they have made in the front even a new clearance section how lovely. Great customer service everyone is so happy to help.

I go frequently to buy at home Depot in Waukegan ,but customer service is not improving . I'd like to get more help when I need it. People working here needs more training to be more helpful to the customers. Other than that it's a great store to get home improvement items.

This store is not my usual, but it had the product that I was looking for, while others didn’t. The store is neat and clean and has friendly staff. While I was there, I picked up a pack up 3 60W bulbs for my new lamps and thought nothing of it because it’s an everyday item. When I got home I opened the package and there was a bulb missing AND the two bulbs in this package were totally different (one of them didn’t even work). I don’t know what happened there, but I’m not really happy with that experience.

Staff was rude, didn't know anything about there section and the store was empty

I asked for help locating a stainless steel towel rack . As I was looking at the towel rack display , the same person came to the area for additional assistance . Since there were no stainless steel racks available , he suggested i go to the computer with him . I was shown the item I needed , so paperwork was generated . I ordered the item . The Sales person who helped me was MXW6319
