The store and it's employee very nice and knowledgeable, the prices are very competitive I would definitely go back due to the customer service and the quality of their products.

THE PRODESK AT THE HOME DEPOT IN WAUKEGAN (MIGUEL, GREG, WAYNE, AND MARIA) ARE EXTREMELY QUALIFIED AT THE JOB THEY DO AS WELL AS VERY FRIENDLY. IF IT WEREN'T FOR THE GUYS AT THE PRODESK I WOULD BE SHOPPING AT ANOTHER HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE. THOSE GUYS ROCK!!!!

I was escorted down the isle by an employee who assisted me with searching for a door guard. The employee went as far as to go on her phone and search for the item that I preferred which they did not have in stock. She did not rush, and was helpful as well as knowledgeable about door sizes as well, as I forgot to measure my door. Oops.

My favorite Home Depot store to shop at.

I SHOP AT THE STORE FREQUENTLY AND I AM A HOME OWNER ADULT WOMEN THAT SOMETIMES NEEDS HELP AND ADVISE FOR CERTAIN PROJECTS I AM INVOLVED WITH AT HOME SO I GO TO THE STORE AND USUALLY GET ADVISE OR HELP WITH MY PURCHASES. EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND I GET WHAT I NEED. THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND IN GREAT ORDER, MERCHANDISE IS ALWAYS MARKED WITH PRICE (WHICH IS GREAT). ALSO THE DISTANCE TO DRIVE FROM MY HOME IS VERY CLOSE AND CONVENIENT.. VERY HAPPY WITH THE HOME DEPOT ON BELVIDERE STREET WAUKEGAN , ILLINOIS

Today, I went into the store looking for something specific for a project I'd like to do with my students. Peter, an employee at this Home Depot, offered help, took time to listen, and was able to figure out something that would work for me that wasn't very expensive. He was kind and considerate, and very polite.

Home Depot carries quality products and low prices. I give it 5 stars

I have shopped at this store for years, and 95% of the employees have helped and always have been nice and polite and tried their best to get what I needed. The manager Ravi and 2 exemplary employees "Melvin" and "Faith" ROCK and even if they are not in the part of the store where I need something they will go out of their way to get me help and aimed in the right direction. I use a cane and sometimes electric cart and they have never "avoided" me before as other's have, and their attitudes are awesome!

The store was nice and clean I found everything I need and some other stuff I enjoy shopping there will be back....

Start to finish I was helped to find all that I needed to complete my project which made it a fast and frustration free purchase.

The Employees and Customer Services Personnel very friendly and very helpful. Always willing to help when asked.

As a handyman I've been to all the hardware stores and bargin outlets around Waukegan area and I'd have to say you get the quality products you need here. I've installed a no name cheap toilet once before from the home owners bargain outlet saved 10$ but then had been called back to the scene twice first time the tank started leaking because the gaskets where cheap.second time have to put a new fill valve because there wasn't enough water in the tank to flush toilet paper alone. Then realized that the toilet itself was the problem ,there was a back pressure on the flush so you could never fully empty out the bowl from toilet paper alone. Don't try to save 10$ with competetors brands .just buy a nice American Standard and be worry free

Several very friendly associates this evening. Willing to help and go the extra mile. Store was stocked and clean. A smile and hello goes a long way. Keep up the good work and customer service.
