Any time I need anything fixed or created, I visit this store. The customer support is awesome, and you can find more than you need.

Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly employees! We frequently shop Home Depot for all of our household needs as we are both disabled. The employees brought their way to help us and make our shopping experience. Fantastic! We recommend this Home Depot to everyone and will always be customers friendly and Health Ford employees Excellent prices and products. We couldn’t ask for anything better!

I purchased a new dishwasher. The master plumber went above and beyond to repair a problem during installation. The service was excellent. Professional. Friendly. Determined to Shine.

I shop at several Home depots around the area. None compares to the Waukesha location. The staff are knowledgeable in their fields and are always willing to help. The pro desk is exceptional and they have always stepped above and beyond lines to accommodate me. I tip my hat to the Waukesha location. Great job always.. Ballos Contracting

We were looking for a new refrigerator and stove and stopped in at a large store in West Allis. The refrigerator we liked could be ordered but she did not know when it would arrive or give us any date so we decided to try Home Depot in Waukesha, which is closer to us. The saleswoman, Maria ( could be Marie, i'm getting old), was very nice and helpful. She checked and found us the stove and fridge we wanted and when it could be delivered. Would certainly recommend her and Home Depot. Jim W. Waukesha

I don't know who in the Yelp community said the folks at this store are not friendly. I consistently find friendly staff there, some more than others. But it's generally a positive experience every time I go.

I stopped in to price dehumidifiers and left with a couple of other items because they were displayed in a place of easy access. I frequently come to this location because of the variety of items in each section that’s well priced for the quality. Why run to multiple stores when you can find everything you need and want at one? Love this store!

Always like their plants. We had our kitchen remolded through them during the Covid period, and were very pleased with the help and advice. Also got help with putting up a new deck.

Everyone was shopping for plants on Memorial Day weekend and Home Depot handled it well. Great selection and good customer service. They needed one more check out lane in the plant area is my only suggestion.

Marisa and Jordan were great helping at the checkout because the card machine was worn out and not working good. They showed the trick to push down on the card flexing it and then it worked. All other Home Depo’s print the receipt and have me check out at another register.

All of the associates were very helpful and offered great suggestions for my project. In particular, the gentleman working in Tool Rental was a huge help in figuring out a project issue and collaborating with me on a solution.

WAS EASY TO FIND WHAT I NEEDED

Have visited the Waukesha Store a couple of times this week. Visited the Outdoor Garden center for retaining wall blocks, and today for Pea Gravel for a little project. Also visited the lumber department and picked up a bag of concrete. Store is really busy this time of year, outdoor plants, hanging baskets, everybody filling their carts with something, and this is early in the morning. Also fun to take some time to see the latedt John Deere Tractor selection too. The cashiers are busy, but friendly, and management keeps the lines short. The Waukesha Store is a fun place to visit right now!

I appreciate the store associates as they are always either working or asking customers if they need help. Even if I think I know what I'm doing, I ask questions as there's always a tidbit of information that proves useful that I hadn't considered. Check out is expedient and friendly!

I was focused on loading my truck and didn’t see the other guys cart escape his grasp and start rolling towards my truck. By the time I noticed it, it had picked up a bit of speed and was making a beeline towards my door. Out of nowhere, like a superhero, a HD kid swoops in, stops the cart, returns it to the other guy and wishes us both a nice Sunday. It’s refreshing to see young men doing their job without having their face buried in their phones. I appreciate it as does my truck! Keep up the good work guys!

Just purchased a new exterior door! Jordan and Jim were terrific to work with. They made the project fun and that's how shopping should be.

Love this Home Depot store, staff is great, very prompt and friendly. Never had a bad experience here. Always surprising me, when I thought the service couldn't get better.

Very helpful people even though the item I bought was not in the store.

Went in to pick up some1x2x8 boards and was asked by 3 different staff members if I needed help or if I found everything I needed. Got register and 2 gentlemen sped up to beat me to the checkout. I was not in a hurry, but Mary stepped out from behind another register and rang up my items and got me on my way.

I visit here often to grab a few odds and ends, mostly tools and paint products. Customer service is fairly good, just avoid the employees that are avoiding you, they won’t prove to be much help. Otherwise, you’ll be walked to the exact spot you need and asked if further assistance can be provided. That’s how I like it!

I frequent this store quite a bit and this is the first issue I've had. I found a rolling work chest with a wood top and all (5) store units had damage to them of some sort. When I flagged an employee and showed him he said "that's likely the way that they come from the factory". I asked if there was any possible "Damage" discount and he said likely not but asked the store manager. She refused to provide any sort of damage discount and informed me that if I didn't want any of the floor models then I could order one online. Why would I want to order one online that will likely come with "factory" damages that could be worse than what I was seeing on the showroom floor? I was not looking to get this at a significant discount but $10-$20 off would have gone a long way. The lack of concern or care that they were selling damaged goods to individuals was the most frustrating part. I thought that Home Depot had pride in the products they sold, but apparently not. I'll be considering shopping elsewhere from now on. If this was a single employee I'd be less concerned, but the fact that the manager had the same approach was frustrating. She is supposed to be setting a good example for the rest of the employees. If it weren't for this incident I'd give the store a 4 or 5 star.
