The store was laid out in an easy to navigate manner, well marked isles make finding things a breeze and if your not sure on sooner the employees are eager to help without attitude. They listen to your project and offer helpful advise on other products that might work better then what your looking for. They really care. This is something that really makes your customer service worth the drive from my home lead than 5 minutes from another home improvement store.

This purchase was not the first time we have gone to other stores but endied up finding the product we wanted to be in stock. Maria was very helpful with our refrigerator, as was Steve when we purchased in the lighting department, and a few weeks ago we purchased bathroom shower fixtures. That personal touch is what makes shopping at this store important to us.

I enjoy shopping here because of the helpful staff in finding things for a home repair. They seem to have the knowledge of home repairs, and tools needed.

It's very commendable to have a sales associate, such as Mary be of tremendous assistance today. Her product knowledge was top shelf, and her overall customer service was as good as it gets. We wish we lived closer so that we could do all of our shopping there. I'm a business owner and an employer, and I would give anything to have an army of folks like her working for us.

This store is especially nice and helpful. I've never had a bad experience.

good people and products

Impressed by the helpfulness of employees. The store is well laid out. I have been able to tell a daughter in another distant state where to purchase materials updates as well as appliances she needed. This is the one major store in her area that she can find many of her needs and is given advice how to go about a project. I may not be recognized by my "nickname" here, but I would be recognized by my email address as tons of friends etc. I would dislike my review to be shown with my email.

I was extremely impressed with the friendliness and ambition the employees offered. Very impressed!

The associates throughout the store acknowledged your presence; some offered help, others simply said hello. They make a human connection that I appreciate. The store was clean and the restrooms were nice. My design consultant Annie, was helpful, patient and offered good suggestions.

Great store to shop at. I like that you have professionals in the different areas such as plumbing, electrical, etc., who can answer specific questions.

There has never been a time that I've been to this store and left feeling that they weren't helpful. Employees actively scan for customers who need help. AND, they don't make you feel stupid if you have questions.

Our water heater was leaking and I stopped in to Home depot around 10 AM Monday. By 10:15 the next day a new water heater was being installed! Store employees were helpful and the contractor was professional.

Your survey needs to be shorter. Duplicate questions or very similar questions asked a number of times. Dave our cashier was great

People are Nice and Friendly..

Chuck was very helpful when we were in to order our patio door. He was very thorough and made sure we had everything we needed. We didn't feel rushed. He was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable!

I find Home Depot employees hesitant to check with someone if they don't know the answer to your question. The exception is Rick in Hardware - he did an outstanding job of answering questions, verifying any information if needed, and has a friendly customer focused attitude. He was such a pleasure to work with. Thanks for all your help Rick

Store was well organized. One of their employees, Conor P., was extra helpful. The guy in the paint department was great, too. All questions answered. Also, the Home Depot App showed us exactly where things were in the store....cool. Looking forward to doing the projects with what we received from Home Depot.

Store associates always pleasant, in fact they seem like family and recognize you when you come in! This is very unusual for a Big Box store. And we are not in there every week! It is a clean, bright environment and all are helpful when needed.

Ben Carson Sales specialist went above and beyond to help me with my custom blind order and to locate other items I needed. He also helped me when my keys got locked in my car. Ben checked on me while waiting for Roadside assistance repeatedly. On a busy day he went above and beyond!

I had the best experience this morning. I went to tool rental and Danny helped me. I went to rent a table saw to cut some wood. Danny noticed I had very little to cut and immediately came up with a better solution. He not only set up the table saw right outside the door of the store, he also measured and cut the wood for me. He made me feel so comfortable that I went shopping after and spent over $300 in merchandise. It's an old saying "if you want people around you, make them feel comfortable when they are". Danny your the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Home Depot is located across the streeet from a Menards and based on my experience shopping at both locations, I definitely prefer the product lines and customer service at Home Depot.

If you are a commercial customer avoid the self-checkout.

This store is always very clean and tidy, clearly marked isles to help locate items with ease and the staff is super friendly
