I stopped at Home Depot to compare name brand cordless 18 guage nailer. Both brands were on display so I could evaluate each tool's pros and cons.

From the moment I entered this store there were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful team members that were ready to help! It was rainy and gloomy outside, but their smiles and enthusiasm sure brightened my day! The store was generously stocked, well lit and well organized. Why go anywhere else?

I walked into the store knowing I needed a Chain saw. I knew nothing about them but I talked to an employee and he was honest and said he knew nothing about them, but Jane knew everything about them. He pointed her out and she was awesome. I learned a lot and she made sure I got the right product for my needs.

Denise helped us in the Rigid tool department, and while helping us she also helped 3 other customers! She knew the department well, and was very good at meeting our needs and getting the tools we needed. Then Todd Krizan asked if he could assist us getting large tool boxes in out truck. He was working on other projects in the store, and stopped what he was doing to help us out .

Customer service and management is top notch at the Wausau location!

Went in to pick up some shelving for a home project. No matter what department I went thru to get where I needed to go, there was an associate nearby to help if needed. Lumber department associate was very helpful in assisting me find what I needed, and then cutting them to the sizes I needed so I didn't have to at home. Definitely coming back for future projects as the store, staff and selection are the best!

We were greeted with friendliness, and a store associate helped us cut trim boards with a store saw, rather than handling 14 cuts manually.

I bought a larger item and needed help loading it. The cashier called for loading assistance and I got a crew of four eager employees to help me on a late Saturday afternoon when the store was fairly busy. All of the employees seemed to genuinely want to help and make sure I was happy with my purchase and the service they were giving. Not so common these days. Great job to the employees and the management for finding them and keeping them customer focused!
