Visited this location like my family does on almost a weekly basis. Have spent legitimately tens of thousands of dollars at this home depot. Employees for whatever reason we're following us around and the guy at self check out might as well checked out for me since he was down my neck. I felt as if they thought we were stealing which is ridiculous. We had no large bags etc no other reason to believe we might be stealing other than being minorities. Absolutely will not be returning

I bought the 2 gal. gas can with a spout that pours (not one with a "kids proof" plastic tab that us old folks can't release and pour. Why put kids proof stuff on something that are mainly for adult use ?

My husband & I picked up a Ryobi 10" table saw today. The rep happened to be there today an offered assistance. He got us help immediately to have the employees get a forklift to get our purchase down and loaded on our cart. All the employees were EXTREMELY HELPFUL & FRIENDLY! Many times when you go into a business, you can't find anyone to help you and if you do, you almost feel like you're an inconvenience to them! That wasn't the case today in our shopping experience at Home Depot in Wausau, WI. I HIGHLY COMMEND upper management in the training of your valued employees about quality customer service! Other competitive businesses could take lessons!

Shopping goal was achieved...got what we needed. Our checkout experience left us speechless. Such a rude, unhelpful, entitled employee. Went back 3 days later (time enough to cool down) to talk with a manager who seemed incredulous that the person who treated us badly actually did that. Horrible Horrible Horrible

Staff is very informative helpful and seems like they're always happy.

We had the most awesome experience at this Home Depot. The employee Vic is the best! He helped us gather the items we needed for our home improvement projects from plumbing to electrical to lighting. And when we got to a department that he wasn't familiar with he called someone to come and help us. Clean, neat store and a well laid out store, including the bathrooms.

I always like going into your store, or my Wausau store. The employees make all are helpful and will take the time to guide you in the right direction- whether it be product location or getting help from a person knowledgeable about the products

Two of the four things we bought were priced different in the store than at the checkout, and the cashier didn't really care about it. In hindsight we should have just left our purchase and left the store

I went to Home Depot for one thing. From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted by Rochelle. She asked me if I needed help to find anything. I told her what I was there for, and she looked it up and directed me to the exact isle and bin where the item was located. On my way there, and after, I was greeted by two other store employees who asked if I needed help. I was impressed.

The paint selection is great and of high quality. The staff are knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Returns are hassle free as well
