Linda and Suzie at the ProDesk are awesome! They both go above and beyond to help contractors get all their materials. This is the best Home Depot I have been to in years.

I had a wonderful experience at this store due to a wonderful woman named Dulcie, if you have ever encountered her presence you know who I'm talking about, she has a sweet spirit about her, but if not, go by and tell her hello.

Would not recommend this location at all! They sold my order after I paid for it and when I come to pick it up they didn’t have it! So they sold the same stuff twice! $10,000 worth of stuff!!

The management, and customer service people, help their customers find the items they need. Management actually LISTENS to the customers needs. Best store in the area.

I love the store however; their Delivery Service is Awful. It would be hard to make another purchase and use the service they're contracted to. I made a major purchase approx.5 yrs ago and I experienced rude behavior at that time. But this last vist has been awful. Job still isn't complete. They'll come in saying what can't be done negatively verses we can do it. This young man tried to come up with more reasons why he can't before even attempting. Never on my watch again!

I recently researched and bought a new water heater installed in my home. I chose Home Depot because their price was significantly better than most others. I found out that the price was misleading and in the end the price was 30% higher than the quote (estimate). Yes, I could have sent the installers away when they showed me the actual price but I needed a water heater. My next project will not involve Home Depot.

I had been placed on backorder with a competing store since July for my refrigerator, and in ONE trip to Home Depot, they found one not only comparable, but far better than what I originally looked for! Needless to say, although it was slightly more expensive, I love it, the wait is OVER and I'm a very satisfied customer! Thank you so much!

Store is poorly stocked, organized, and managed. The mandatory face mask policy is not enforced with customers or employees.

I did not go in for much this trip, but I was greeted at time of check out by Cindy who was smiling and very pleasant. I enjoy the connection with people like Cindy who are positive and helpful. I will not use a self check out station and give up the interactions with great people.

Avoid getting a store credit for a return and IF you have to DO NOT go to self checkout. I had to receive assistance using the store credit I had only for the employee to "help me" but really hit a wrong button which then made the system pop up a message stating the credit has already been used when in fact it had not. We then went to a Manager for help but I was then told that nothing could be physically done and I would just have to wait 1-24 hours for the funds to reload. Needless to say I left the store "heated".

The store was clean and corona virus measures in place. The assistant manager and the associate in flooring were very friendly and helpful.

The employees at the Waxahachie store are Awesome!! Very helpful and friendly!! Store is clean and the restrooms were also clean.

Had to special order custom patio door and side windows. Helen made the process easy! She gave us her undivided attention and did not rush us. She went thru everything twice to make sure it was right and what we wanted. She offered suggestions on things we hadn't considered. Answered all questions, and tried to get us the best quality and price. We're going thru her for all our projects from now on.
