1st summer project: build a raise garden planter box! Sounds simple right? NOT! Now let me st this up: the only REAL tools I have are a couple of screw drivers and a rusted hammer. But something told my mind that, with a few nails I could get this done. Especially since the people at Home Depot in Waxahachie did a few strategic cuts on the boards for me. YEAH! That didnt exactly work out! I made 3 different trips over about 1 week asking for another cut, holes drilled, etc. I went so many times until when I went back today (in frustration) one of the guys said, "back again!" Lol. The reason I was so frustrated was because after all of that work, my project kept falling apart. It was so rickety that I had to duct tape it together to get it in the car to take it to Home Depot so they could tell me what I needed to do to fix it. Long story short, Keith, had mercy on me, took all the junk I'd done to it apart, and put it together himself, while I waited! He wouldn't let me pay him or buy him lunch!

MR SMITH IN APPLIANCES WAS VERY PERSONAL YET SO PERSONAL. TWO EMPLOYEES WERE CONSTANTLY WIPING DOWN THE APPLIANCES. VERY IMPRESSIVE UNDER THE CONDITIONS(COVID19) WE ARE LIVING IN.

Every worker greeted me (some twice) and asked if needed help. In spite of the current pandemic, they were all very excited to be there and to help. Alvira, Angelina, Maria (forgot the specialist's name) were great!!

I purchased a little over $3000 of lumber last Tuesday and I was told I would get the lumber delivered on Saturday my client called me and said it was not delivered so I called Monday to see what was going on and was told that my delivery was moved to Thursday and today Thursday I get a phone call that said that the delivery was denied by the driver and that they would have to move my delivery to next Tuesday keep in mind I have already move the drop off for delivery with my client twice by now. Small businesses like me that care about their clients and I also care about our reputation because recommendations it would give us small businesses more work and what makes me more mad is that I called the corporate office and they told me The same thing that the store that they don’t control their delivery company so after they had me on the phone for around 1 hour they just washed their hands and said that there is nothing they can do so basically at this point I cannot cancel the material because it is Thursday and I have a crew scheduled to work on that project for Saturday I cannot cancel an order from a local lumberyard company they would never be able to take my Lumer next day so I am told by the store manager that I can go pick up the material if I want to and that they will give me $50 which I think is a slap in the face after I have spent From $18-20,000 in that company in just last year and they don’t even rent a trailer for that amount. I usually don’t go out my way to do this kind of things but I thought I would put it out there since apparently corporate office doesn’t care that small business like mine gets jobs from recommendations and this “sad experience could have cost me thousands of dollars because if I don’t have a happy client he/she won’t be recommending me

Kim is a long haired male who gave me outstanding customer service. Some of the employees didn’t see me. Walked right by me. Made eye contact with me. Still didn’t see me. Kim seen my concern and addressed the issue. Look for Kim when you travel to the Home Depot. He’s extremely attentive.

Great customer service. The employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Items are always located exactly where my Home Depot App says they will be located. Online order and locker pick up are an awesome addition when I'm in a hurry!

If you want to visit a store with excellent customer service this is the one stop shop!!!!! This location is the best in the Metroplex!!

My only issue is that there are not consistently employees around the wood cutting area...I think that a bell or some other sort of thing that people can hit and it will notify proper employees to come and assist rather than me having to hunt someone down..

the store had plenty of employees on the floor that were eager to assist with finding things and even got on ladders to bring down stock.

Store is well stocked with merchandise need for individuals and general contractors. Prices are competitive and well marked. Customer service is excellent with numerous employees more than willing to assist a person with needs. Definitely one of the best Home Depots that I have visited.

I love Home Depot. Everything is where it is supposed to be and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

store is clean; products easy to find; helpful workers

Store is clean, well-stocked, and employees are courteous and helpful. The debit/credit card readers at the checkouts however do not read many chips well, requiring (3) insertions before finally allowing a swipe, greatly slowing down the checkout process. The came cards rejected by the Home Depot devices work quite well at all other places. The cashiers say that store management is well aware of the problems, yet unwilling to upgrade the equipment.
