I don't like to go to Home Depot without my husband because I have to figure out what is needed for projects. However I found a service person in tools and one in light bulbs and they both saved me lots of time and frustration with their knowledge and helpfulness. Then when I checked out I needed help because I had forgotten my charge card. The cashier was patient and helpful. Thanks to all.

They always have what I need (and what I don't need) I end up leaving with extra stuff every time! Lol

I brought some outdoor lighting a few months ago it enhanced my back yard.So I came back to improve the lighting for the whole yard.

This store is well organized and kept clean. I have no trouble finding what I need. I have never left this store without buying what I needed for a specific project that I was working on. I highly recommend this store.

I bought a refrigerator from the Columbus West Broad store after a less than pleasant experience elsewhere. Pam H. was fantastic - helpful without pressuring, clearly walked me through what to expect with the delivery and installation, answered questions, looked up info to ensure they had the models I was considering. Did I mention how friendly she was? The store was clean and orderly. I have always had good experiences and great customer service at this store. I would highly recommend Pam H. in the appliance department.

The store is not a customer-friendly store at all.

Always clean and I always find what I need

Kathleen at the service desk made my returns very simple. She was pleasant and friendly. I'm a frequent guest at this location and there has been a recent and noticeable improvement in associate attitude when walking around the store. Two associates spoke as they passed and one asked how I was doing and if I needed assistance. Over the past few months, this has not been my experience at this location, and it was a welcomed change. Keep smiling and thank you for all you do. Additionally, I noticed on this visit and my last visit that a focus has been made to keep the store clean, and it's noticeable. I feel there is a lot of room for growth in this area but wanted to thank you for the effort your making. Store cleanliness has never been a strong attribute of Home Depot in general, compared to your competition and if you can master it, you will be the perfect home improvement store.

Employees in this store search your items for no reason whatsoever and force you to go to a specific register. I highly do not recommend this location.

Bill in plumbing went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Due to it being Memorial Day I was in a hurry and arrived at the store around 8:30pm. I knew the store was closing soon and Bill came and asked me if I needed help with anything. I showed Bill a picture and he didn't hesitate in helping me. After showing the photo he knew all 5 pieces I needed to fix my plumbing issue. He is amazing and I thanked him for his help at the store and for his service in the Air Force.

I did a survey and entered Brenna. She was nice but June was the employee that gave me excellent customer service.

Very clean & employees are always there to help

I live near this store and usually go here for home-improvement type things. The staff have always been helpful, the store is kept clean, and I've never had a bad experience shopping here.

Home Depot is a far superior store than other types of stores selling similar products. Of course being a disabled veteran, the 10% off is more than a draw but greatly appreciated on a fixed income. Although the Columbus West Broad store is bigger, at the same time, the Grove City store is easy to access and closer for small quantities needed in my home projects. Both have great checkout employees, which are always helpful and respectful. I highly recommend either store for all home repair & gifting needs.

It's nice to walk into a business and have someone greet you and even thank you for stopping. No one was on their phone either, which is a plus anymore when wanting to get some service.

I found what I was looking for like I do most of the time when I shop at this store. I was able to get assistance as I always am at this store. The store was neat and clean and the employees were helpful and friendly.

The store was clean, the person that greeted me when I came in, gave me a mask because I had forgotten mine in my car. Saved me a trip going back to my car, grateful for that. There are always an employee to help when help is needed. I am grateful to have Home Depot fairly close to me. My favorite Home Depot store, because of the employees.

I hope someone reads this with the understanding that some customers are abusive because they truly feel the "customer is always ready right" the problem is that is NOT equally applied to every customer and every employee. Depending on who the customers are and who the employee is someone will generally face various levels of abuse. Overall this is both dirty and wrong. See "the customer is always right" automatically saids the employee and/or the business is wrong. This leads directly to being helpful to being abusive What should be advertised and marketed is "let's make it right together" This acknowledges something is wrong, BUT doesn't subscribe blame or fault. Many people today seem have a seared conscience. Their focus is on themselves and no one else. They want to "win at all costs" supporting "the customer is always right" supports and guarantees their victory. It also leads to abuse. Some, not all, could be lead away from this posture if approached of finding what is a right as a solution together.

Very good store,have been going there for 30 + years. I don’t go anywhere else.Don’t have to. I always get great customer service there. THANKS HOME DEPOT !!!! I appreciate ya !!!!!

I feel the store is clean, neat, well organized, they typically have the supplies in stock that I need. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Cashier Teresa even found that I had accidentally left a bag at the check-out today and brought it to me so I did not get home and realize I had left an item in the store.

The associate in the appliance department was phenomenal, her name is June. I’m not the type of person to ever write reviews but she was very helpful and friendly. So I wanted to do something to help her be known at the store because there aren’t as many people that are happy to help out.

I was helped by a polite and engaging store associate who I found to be all that you could want in a brand ambassador. His name is Faizon and it's not that there was anything that he helped me with that was extraordinary, but he seemed to genuinely care about me as a customer and what I was trying to achieve. Also, I hope she will forgive me for not remembering her name, but the cashier at the Pro Desk register is fantastic as well. She has helped me a couple of times and has always been a joy. Thank you to both. Keep up the good work because it positively impacts others and makes more of a difference that you probably realize.
