Everything you need - if you are directed to the right place. No 12 x 12 concrete stepping stone/slabs in Building Materials, go look in Lawn and Garden. I would have on my first of three visits this week if I hadn't been repeatedly been directed to an empty shelf on the side wall. Products that may be located in an additional section of the store should have a little tag on an empty shelf directing customers where else to look.

This Home Depot Center is always clean. The employees are friendly and available no matter the department. During this COVID-19 pandemic, I feel safe to shop for my home repairs because everyone wears a mask.

We wanted to check your store before making a final decision about purchasing an exterior door. We were so glad that we did! We were helped by a wonderful clerk named Steve, who told us everything we would need to do to hang the door ourselves. The prices and quality were very good, and we were able to get everything we needed right then and there, so we easily made the decision to go ahead and make the purchase there. The store was clean, well-stocked, and well-staffed. The clerk who offered to help us was extremely knowledgeable about the project we were considering, and was able to answer all our questions completely, including ones we wouldn't have even thought of. We were impressed with the policies in place for protecting employees and customers during COVID-19. We felt very comfortable shopping there, even though we have not been out in public places much since the virus and shut-downs began.

The store employees made me feel like I was an unwanted intrusion on their day. I asked one employee if he could help me in the lumber area - he replied "No." and just walked away! Should have offered to get the person who could help me. Store employees were unhelpful, even discourteous. Store was cluttered - the aisleways were mostly blocked. I got a gift card for Home Depot - the only reason that I went there. When I left the house I told my wife that I hate going to the West Chester OH Home Depot, and my experience lived up to that expectation.

Ryan Reid in Kitchen design, exceptional employee. Very professional, knowledgeable and if he did know he would ask and get the answer. I would recommend Ryan to anyone who is remolding their Kitchens. He made the process very fun and exciting. The design is exactly what we wanted, he listened to what we wanted and proved it in his design. He is an asset to your team.

Great friendly service through the entire store. Every associate in each department was eager to help and assist with all of our questions. Everything we picked out was in stock and ready to go and prices were great compared to other stores.

Great customer service at this location

I was instructed by Pro Services to use a masonry bit to drill through ceramic tile. Two battery packs later I wasn't even halfway through my first hole. Looked up on YouTube and the correct bit should be a diamond tip bit. Not sure why the Pro's wouldn't have upsold me on the item since it costs about 3 times more than the masonry bit. Not happy with the Pro's direction, will still shop the store but will be apprehensive about using the Pro's in the future.
