This store doesn’t have anything compared to others Home Depot stores

A Home Depot employee took down his mask in front of me, exposing himself. I was not able to approach any Home Depot customer service representatives in person or on the phone, local or national number to report his anti-social behavior.

Christian at the appliance department was extremely helpful and is such an asset to this Home Depot Store. He was patient, knowledgeable and completely thorough in his explanation.

Store is consistently well-stocked and efficiently run. Never had any complaints at this location!

Amarilis at the cashiers and Jorge at the paint department were great help. Amarilis is very dynamic and is always willing to help the custumers. Jorge help me to shoose the correct paint for my project. Thanks for your hard work and great custumer service.

A SPACIOUS AND WELL STOCKED AND STAFF LOCATION

The best place where you may find all you need for your projects, the app is wonderful I usually know the aisle and bay where to find my stuff, and the store is very clean

I am a rational person, cannot say they are the best homedepot because this is the only one I visit, but the people over there is super nice and really helped. If you need help just go to cashier, if they know they will help you; if they don't know just let them call someone for help, if someone not coming immediately just stick with cashier or the people they pointed for you. There ALWAYS have people!

Pablo from lumber was very knowledgeable with his products in his department and a great customer service as well as Damaris from the pro desk. Awesome help and outstanding work.

If you are lucky enough to be taken care of by Patty and a tall slim blonde hair american fellow (sadly cant remember his name) you will be in good hands the rest is the luck of the draw....

If you need special order on materials go to the Pro desk and ask for Vanessa or Clelia they are awesome and will help you.

I left my wallet with all my ID and some cash at the register when I left by mistake, the cashier must of handed it in and in the morning customer service managed to figure out my phone number and contact me, when I collected my wallet in the afternoon all was still there, credit cards, drivers license and all the cash. It restores your faith in humanity, there are still honest and helpful people out there.

This store was improve in customer service from my previous experience I had in the past. I am glad that is going a lot better and I am sure that will continued to improve. Great parking spaces and has enough lights to feel safe.

I recommend this store because most of the time I have found the products I am looking for.

We found the products we were looking for easily with the assistance we needed. This store is very clean and neat and the associates helpful and friendly.

I would give this store 4 stars because 90% of the time they have what I am looking for specially in electrical, plumbing and lumber dept

If you need help, be ready to go hunting for employees. When you need one, none are available for assistance. Also when checking out , you have cashier more worried to be texting than helping you out. Management. Is blind to correct these bad behaviors. Instead of helping they are more worried on huch much money they need to make. Guess what as customers where there to spend money, when we have a bad experience we take our business elsewhere. You forget that.

This Home Depot always has the items that I need for my home and the employees are very helpful.

I had a terrible experience at the paint department, the Employee that attended me , his name was Gustavo, had a bad attitude, and further more, he had no knowledge of his duties.. That is the first time I have experienced such a sad experience from that store..

Not enough employees to offer a good customer service, that is the Home Depot experience in this store and all the ones that I have visited in South Miami. This company do not care about customer service, so they do not hire enough employees. As long as the stock price is good, everything is fine for the owners. That is why companies as Loews are getting more customers. Even though they are not the best, at least they have a better customer service. I should point out the the few employees that we saw at Home Depot were very friendly and tried to help me.
