Every time that I have a discount of $5.00 received vía e-mail from The Home Depot it doesn’t work and when a manager is called since they are the only one that can approved the discount when there is an issue they are not available or are busy. Not to mention that the customer behind on the line get frustrated and I understand that. Horrible!!!!! But as usual no one cares because no one will contact me.

I have been going to hardware stores for over 40 years and his is the first time that an employee at the register suggested I use coupon that she had in her drawer in order to het me some savings at check out. Only this act alone merits for a very good review and I hope the rest of the employees are as keen and willing to help us customers.

This store, 0206, is a very popular shopping spot and is always busy. The biggest problem is trying to find parking, but overall, this store has all the materials that one needs for repairs, upgrades, lawns, and more. The people who work there are helpful and if someone doesn't speak English well, then that person will try and find someone who does to help you. I was able to find all my shopping needs (i.e., paint, paint tape, smoke alarms, and more). The store was clean and the associates were helpful.

TERRIBLE, SIMPLE TERRIBLE!!!! This has to be one of the worst experiences that I have encountered. I have seen Home Depot as my 'go to' place for paint, lumber, tools, equipment rental, anything related to home improvement. Today, 3/27/19 at 6:18pm, we have the worst experience ever at Home Depot located at 11305 SW 40th Street Miami Florida 33165 with a customer service representative named Estefania. We went to Home Depot to return a paint (custom made) that we were not satisfied with. Estefania said that it was not refundable even though we explained that the person who made the paint did it wrong (instead of Satin it was made as Seashell), she was very rude and with attitude she said we couldn’t return it. We explained several times the reason why we bought the paint (the person who made it didn’t know that paint exists in Satin as we requested, the following week we went and another person was able to do it exactly as we wanted therefore the initial paint was the one we wanted to return since we didn’t use it) Not only she treated badly and with actitud but she also , I turned her eyes up and when we mentioned that she shouldn’t treat customers like that because she was representing Home Depot, she replied back saying that she was not Home Depot. My husband even tried to be nicer saying that maybe she was tired and she refused that, every single comment was an objection. This girl needs a lot of customer service training to learn how to treat not only customers but people. We finally were able to return the paint after another rep came, his name is David, who in less than a few minutes solved the problem. He spoke to the manager and I was able to return the paint. All the problem was resolved in less than 5 minutes. Thank you David!

Products easy to find.

I think is a nice place to shop. Cashiers are friendly. Associates are nice. I always find what I am looking for. Overall it's a nice store.

Justin the cashier was so kind and friendly. I made a mistake and charged everything in one transaction when I was supposed to do it in two separate ones. He offered his helped without a doubt and fixed the problem and got the solution in a second. He was with a smile and that made me feel very comfortable. Very kind young boy.

The staff is super nice, Now the way patio items are being advertised is what has me disappointed. We paid for what we saw on on display and its not what we received when we got home and open the boxes. Very disappointed.

Guillermo was AMAZING! He is the customer resolution specialist and he deserve to be Manager in the way he is professional and showed empathy in solving our issue. First time with an issue and it was resolved immediately by Guillermo and his resources. EXCELLENT attention from him.

There was a friendly lady at the front who was very helpful. It was very hard to locate an associate in different departments. The associates are more worried about putting merchandise back than helping the customers. They would either tell you to go look at an isle and when you ask them to show you they won't show. There are very few cashiers so expect a minimum 5-10 min wait in the line. The line is due to them having at times 2 cashiers. While other associates are more worried about putting merchandise in-front of the cashiers instead of opening a register. If you are handicap, this is not the right store to go to. There are carts throughout out most isles, or the employees are bringing merchandise out and its very hard for you to pass by with a wheel chair. If you try to go from plumbing to hardware, good luck bc then you will have to go through the long lines and when you try to turn around and go through the middle of the store then they are being blocked by employees or merchandise.

great organized store, and I had the please to meet the new manager this morning. Also very friendly.

I found this store to be clean, and merchandise was easy to find. When we had questions, there was also someone to help out. I found associates to be friendly and helpful. We ordered window blinds, they were delvered and installed to our satisfaction. I made a purchase at the garden store and found the plants to be healthy and thriving. I also saved money when I opened my credit card account.
