The employees that I encountered during my shopping trip were rude and not willing to help. I was looking for a particular deck screw and when I asked 3 different employees, I was told by all 3 that it wasn’t their department and they couldn’t help. I won’t be stepping foot in this store ever again.

This is a terrific Depot to shop in. Usually have what I am there for. Workers go beyond...to help customers.

This store had my Install on my floor 19 sq feet all the way to nov2021 I paid for it in june2021 they say they only have one installer for the whole city of Pittsburgh the manager is trying to contact them she has been alot of help but this is ridiculous they say they will install items but don't tell u that it will b 5 months later a totall shame.i spent 3000 in this store in the last month and they still don't care about customer service.the only one that cares is. The only manager that has reached out to me is lisa she is the only one that reached out to me no district manager or anything she is trying!! bless her heart!!!

The West Mifflin store is awesome. The layout is well planned with everything very easy to locate. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, and there is always someone available in each of the departments to answer questions. When I frequently encounter an employee who I know to be a regular in a particular department, I always tease them that they must live there and have a mattress back in the stock area. The store is always very clean and inviting. The parking lot is well maintained with plenty of spots even on the busiest of days.

Great experience supervisor Lisa met me at the store walk me through got me with me I needed was a part of experience I just hope to experiences could be as positive as this moving forward

This store and its employees had in stock and were able to locate an item that many other stores could not find. A team of them dropped everything to help me find an item not yet placed on the shelves. In addition, one gave me a 33% discount on another item. They’re the best!

The employee's make the difference. They are always so eager to help me find what I need and explain things to me. Also answer all my question and if they don't know they will call and wait for someone who can better assist. This Home Depot stands out to me because of it's employees. I, as a shopper, really appreciate that and will always shop at the West Mifflin store.

This is my home town store. Friendly people for the most part and they keep a decent stock of inventory. Sometimes there is even knowledgeable people to ask for help! Larry, Laura, Walt, Mary, Joe, and there more that Do a great job.

Sarah the cashier was just the sweetest person. She Genuinely thanked me for my military service and was very helpful. That is why I shop at Home Depot, the service is always so friendly. I feel like its the Cheers Bar where everyone know your name.

James in Lumber is fantastic. Always interested in helping me. Never seems frustrated always upbeat. Great service all around. Keep the scrap bin going. I like that.

George in hardware quickly helped me find everything needed to purchase a powder actuated nail gun. He also asked that I let him know how well it worked.

At the bottom of my receipt dated 2/1/2021 there was a link to a survey and a chance to win $5,000. Gift Card. January 30 2021. Hannah in the Appliance department @ #4115 was GREAT. She greeted us with enthusiasm. she was very knowledgeable about the washer and dryer we were interested in. This was not her first day on the job. Hannah handled our whole process from start to finish with no help from anyone else. Thank you Hannah and HOME DEPOT. D. Hamilton

This store had everything I needed in stock. It is very big but the associates were helpful in finding the items I needed. I will shop there again.

I have bin a contractor for years & have bin a regular customer at store #4115 since it opened. I probably am there 150-200 times a year & think overall all the employees do an amazing job.. I know most by name but today realized even in my busy life that I need to send this post to give credit where credit is due.. & for the first time I did the survey. Store #4115 keep up the good work & happy holidays to all
