The employees Especially Tyler are extremely knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help you with every project. Every time we’ve come in here we’ve been more than satisfied with the service. The store is a great asset to the community

WE HAD PURCHASED THE WRONG SIZE IN A BATHROOM FIXTURE. THE RETURN WAS SUPER EASY. OUR CASHIER STEVEN WAS AWESOME.

I needed assistance in the bathroom fixtures area. SIX associates and no help. I had to go to customer service, practically in tears, because all of their associates blew me off. I knew what I needed. NO ONE knew how to help. I had opened a credit card and got$25 off $100. When I had to return the merchandise because it didn't fit, I actually paid MORE for what I kept. Won't go back... And I have quite a few things I need to have done at my house. Their loss!

THE WIFE AND I FOUND YOUR EMPLOYEE, SANDY, (AT THE CHECK-OUT), TO BE "EXTRA HELPFUL" TO BOTH OF US!!!!

I made a 40 mi roundtrip to HD, only to find the door mat I wanted is unavailable. If I had known this, I would have got to Lowe's, 1 mi away. I'm getting tired of stores that mess with their inventory.

The store was clean, my puppy was welcomed as was I. The staff kept my pup busy while I completed my return and shopped for a new product. I was treated very nicely during checkout.

Home Depot in West Mifflin has the Best Customer Service! Every time I go there it’s a very pleasant experience. Recommend highly!

I have shopped this store many of times. The people are extreme good in the areas of expertise from jobs they did outside of the store. I have been helped many of times in plumbing and electrical areas concerning my house. When asking for information, they make sure that you talk to the right person.

the store is bright ,clean ,and stocked . the store associates are fast and friendly i have shopped at homedepot for over 20 years and have been extremely happy with every purchase .

Very generous people, friendly and kind. They help us a lot on purchase our appliance. Taking care of us throughout the process and it went smoothly without a problem. I would definitely shop here again!
