Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. My floors turned out so great my neighbor loved them and now has new floors through homedepot.

I frequently use the West Niles home Depot and find that it is the finest home Depot in the Chicago land area. Every home Depot is not the same this is a superstore and that is because the employees that work there make your shopping experience and enjoyable and effective and efficient process. No time wasted with the experience staff that they have there problems get solved in minutes not hours they will be extremely receptive to any of your questions comments or concerns. I can't say enough about this store and the employees that make it amazing. Dave at the pro desk is my man Lynn and customer service is amazing Patrice the cashier is amazing I've known her for years she always welcomes me with a smile like I said cannot say enough good things about the people who make this store great

I recently did a remodel of our downstairs bathroom and our products were purchased through an online order. Customer Service Representatives Isaace and Amina went above and beyond with this order and helped with any disputes and concerns regarding my products, their delivery, and return of one item which was damaged and needed to be returned and replaced. Both of these employees showed exemplary customer service and care!

Needed a quick part to fix a broken plumbing issue. Item was where website stated it would be. Employees were plentiful to make sure I was in and out quickly.

Friendly staff, easy to find items!

I tried to use Home Depot's carpet service and paid the $35.00 measuring fee. A person came out, measured and assured me I'd be contacted within in a day for scheduling the installation. Three days later and I still haven't heard from anyone. I called the store and no one was able to help.

I have purchased items many times from the Niles store and always had good luck. If I needed to return anything there was never a problem.

I can always get a help from a friendly employee, which is not common in huge stores like Hone Depo. Attendants are crucial for customer experience. Thanks for the genuine help and welcomeness you always offer.

I have been coming to this HD for 6 years. Over the years it has gotten worse. The staff there don’t want to help and never say hello or even look your way to acknowledge you. You can tell these people are not passionate about working there. Today, I had the worst experience with a staff who did not say hello back to me when I said it to her and almost seemed annoyed. Instead, she quickly said “I am helping someone” what does that have to do with saying hello to a customer? Rude, unfriendly, and disappointing experience. I will no longer be shopping here after today.
