The staff at the West Niles store is always helpful and very friendly. There is always a sufficient supply on the shelves. The store is neat and clean.

The employees at this store are SUPER nice and helpful. There are also plenty of them around to help! Great products as well!

Not as friendly as Evanston , but it is a go to place when you want to garden or do repairs or improvements

Employees are very courteous. Particularly one lady employee in the plumbing department. She is usually available in the afternoon or evening. Customer service employees are also very helpful.

Scott in flooring helped me order all the tile I needed and was friendly and even talked to me installer to confirm product choices.

Great Customer Service

I must say, Home Depot has always been good, but every time I go it gets better and better! There are lots of representatives on the floor to answer questions or direct you to the aisle you need to find a product. The representatives now even ask "do you need help finding anything" on their own. They are always very friendly professional and knowledgeable. They come across as liking their job and liking to help customers. This is different than other big box hardware stores. I'm very impressed that 99% of the time, what I need is in stock. I also like being able to check stock on-line and actually see what aisle and section the product is located so I can get in and out quickly to finish a project. The self check-out lanes also make my trip faster. Their pricing is always competitive and now they have a "sale" section of a variety of products up in front-pretty hard to resist! I went in to buy a dryer vent and almost bought a bathroom vanity on sale. Really pretty stuff. Home Depot hasn't left one blade of grass un-turned when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Always well stocked and lots of cheerful, knowledgeable help.
