We purchased a sheet of plywood and had it cut down in store. The worker did not listen to our measurements. We told him 4 times and he still cut it wrong then laughed about it. We paid $70 for firewood. We should have gone to Lowe’s.

The main reason I shop at this location is not the convenient location, but my positive experience with the employees every time I shop there. When I ask about the location of a certain item, they never just point you there, they always walk with me to the isle and point it out. Cashiers are always attentive and ask if you found everything OK.

Woman named sparky did a fantastic job helping us find what we needed in the electrical department. I made sure to write a review so she knows how great she is.

Roberta really knos her stuff. We go to home depot every day becsuse we own a handyman business. The gentleman who brought me over to roberta even said HE goes to her when he needs help with personal projects, and he worked at gome depot too! And the checkout woman also made it a point to tell me how sweet she is!

I recently purchased the lifeproof Vinyl Plank Flooring for one of my bedrooms. After installation, I decided that I will overlay all of my tiles, except in the bathrooms, with this product. it was easy to install and looks beautiful, my wife loves it.

The best place to shop forget harbor freight just go to home depot and get what you need. Get quality and good price.

Clean and efficient store. Staff is friendly and asks if you need any assistance with out being sought. Check out is timely and cashiers are friendly and helpful.

Went in to get a Wood stain for our DIY blanket ladder project, employee was awesome at helping pick out the best stain product and getting the color we wanted.

Customer service at this location seems to tower over other locations and similar businesses. Service with a smile, reminded me of the good old days

The cashier Mitcheline in the garden / outdoor section was very helpful, professional, and friendly. She had a positive attitude and takes pride in her work. She also had some other workers help me load my vehicle.

The staff was definitely friendly than most others I've been to. People will stop and ask if help is needed. They've always either walked me to what I need or point me in the right direction.

I was up charged $10.70 for not having a receipt to make an EVEN exchange on a shower head assembly!! NOT acceptable! Not customer friendly!

I was really impressed that we were greeted as soon as we entered the washer/dryer area. The prices were great and the Tammy was very helpful.

The first part about their mistakes it’s another long story. But the product quality I’ll explain it. I bought a hose and a nozzle April 21, 2022 had the time of purchase I paid $53.34. I go outside June 17, 2022 to find the hose where I left it wrapped up in the shade had exploded close to the nozzle, obviously being within the 90 days of their return policy I take it back to Home Depot in hopes to get a new hose. I take it up and explain that I would like to exchange it for the exact same item and the lady says no problem let’s processor return. We get that taken care of and I go to get the new hose and nozzle and take it to check out only to be charged $15 more than the original price that I purchased it at. I then had a manager get involved and she was only able to give 10$ off. In my opinion that is bull crap if I bought a hose and a nozzle for $53.34 within the 90 days why not Exchange it without moving numbers.

I moved to Port St Lucie in 2006 and shopped at the St Lucie west location since then. The staff has been consistently professional and I will not shop anywhere else.
