Store is always clean, organized and staff is always helpful

Poor customer service - purchased a 2 x 4 and had the associate cut it for me in store. Got it home and realized it was still too long, return to the store to ask them to cut it down for me, and was told by a different associate that he couldn’t do it and the other guy shouldn’t have done it either. It would’ve taken him two minutes to make a simple cut for me. Really disappointed in the lack of customer service at the store. And the guy didn’t give a crap about it at all.

Every time we visit this store we are impressed by the friendly smiling faces and caring staff!

You can’t beat the Home Depot staff. The experience of shopping at Home Depot the help and care they provide it’s like nowhere else.

This store is over crowded and passageways blocked. It is unsafe especially for short people and children.

A store employee named Megan refused to help me order carpet in the store even after I asked for help and told her I would wait at the counter while she was helping another customer. She waited on another person who approached her while she was out on the floor but never acknowledged me as I waited for over 12 minutes at the counter on 6-26 at approximately 10:30. Another employee approached and asked if I had been helped and I told her I was waiting. She went to find Megan and Megan told her to tell me to order it by phone. Apparently I wasn’t worth 5 minutes of her time to assist me. I’ll take my business elsewhere after my carpet is installed since customers are treated like a bother at Home Depot. When I came home and had to call to order my carpet the lady was very helpful. Too bad Megan was not.

A very helpful young man located the John Deere Mower Bagger that was not out on display. Six were shown to be in stock at this location. Other employees did not know where the item was located. I did have difficulty installing it in the discharge area of my JD Mower which took 45 minutes using a tool to ease the metal connection to the tube in place. The product will be very helpful in maintaining my yard most of the year. Love the Customer Service kiosks. Very Efficient set up.

Order a product on line and they where both damaged in shipping. I tired to reorder a replacement for them and now they want me to spend $50+ more.

we have a watering system for our yard...I have replaced several spray heads...But meeting Alex in plumbing changed that. He showed my husband and I how to take apart and repair the interior of the head. wow...Thank you Alex

I purchased some large pieces of lumber. The sales associate brought the large pieces down off the high shelves. He let me choose the pieces I wanted. He cut them so I could fit them in my car. He even helped me load my car --that's great service.

Makes no sense that you ENTER one end of the building and have to go to the other end of the building to EXIT. Very difficult for the elderly and the handicapped. And who wants to tour the parking lot, after all you parked near the ENTRANCE?

It took 30 minutes for someone to unlock an outside grill after I paid for it. I will never shop at Home Depot again.

I live close to this store, but I only come here if I have to. The employees may be nice, but every time I've come in the last few days no one has acknowledged me or offered to help. I've either had to look up stuff myself or call on friends. The staff seems more focused on tasks than acknowledging customers unless they're professionals or looking at high dollar items.
