Store employees are always helpful and store is always clean and easy to find products needed.

Cashier Kharrel was is probably the most pleasant customer friendly cashier I've ever had at Home Depot. Many cashiers could use some OJT from him. He was a Pleasure to Meet . Please thank Kharrel or me.

This store has the WORST customer service. Tons of employees who stand around and do nothing. The isles are ALWAYS congested due to all the overstocked merchandise clogging them. It is impossible to walk through any isle, this must be a safety hazard. Half the shelves and merchandise is blocked due to ladders and lifts parked blocking it. Don't ask anyone to help, they will make sure you know what an inconvenience you are to them. The entire staff is rude and lazy. I have spoken to management and they do nothing to change this. I have shopped here for years only because it is close to my home, but if I can I will go elsewhere. I wish HD Senior Leadership would step in and fix this store. THIS STORE IS AWFUL!!!

Great friendly store

I needed plumbing part for a project, and looking at those shelves is confusing to me. A young employee took the time to listen and help me find what I needed. They will cut the PVC pipe per your measurements. I like the store!

Great store. Great people... except one guy that watches me work and claims that he is busy, you know who you are, Love ya man! Your stupid survey won't let me put in my 42year old nick name. You should fix this.

This store is easy to find on a major road. There is ample parking and carts available. I never have any issues entering or exiting the store or parking lot.

Not my usual store, would like to say this 1 visit turned me off HD totally, but I will probably use other locations, much later. After waiting in line to use self checkout, a reasonable amount of time, 2-3 min, another customer skipped the line, and 2 employees jumped to direct him to an opening lane. A cashier at full service flagged me up, but after ringing up 9 items, asked if I wanted a bag. No, I'll just juggle my purchases out to my car like a circus clown. But wait, if I was a clown I could probably get hired here and get an employee discount!

The service manager Kaylee is the best. A new employee told me somethings that wae wrong and after I returned with the item to return I was told other wise. I ask to speak with the manager to complain and that's when I spoke to Kaylee. She said the employee was very wrong and apologized for the mix up and said she will have a talk with Stuart about the wrong information. She then helped me with the problem and I left very happy instead of extremely Anger. People like Kaylee are the reason I return to stores for repeat business. Store 6919.

A service desk employee set up a tax exempt account in about 2 minutes- on the spot. A garden center employee ran out to the parking lot as I was leaving and had found something I was looking for that was not on the shelf. I was impressed, I love competent people.

Cat (Catherine) was the best employee that has ever helped me at this store.

Aside from the greeter, staff here at this location is terrible. I looked for 5 min for someone to assist me then waited another 4 plus for them to arrive. Areas not staffed and my trip was on a Saturday at 11 am, no excuse for such a lack of coverage and assistance. It seemed that all staffers were assigned to "check out" and even then between the chatting and non helping of moving the check out lines along (which is a cluster and a terrible design of efficiency) assistance was poor. The aisles were crammed with multiple ladders and product display boxes that I was unable to push my cart down the aisle I need to get my product from. I had to go down another and come up the other end. However, there was a staff member there but she seemed oblivious as she never made eye contact and moved slowly. The lumber area had excess wood piles and the area looked as if no one was working (thus my initial long wait - in the lumber area) It seems that a company that advertises great customer service and a willingness to help you, this location hasn't gotten the message yet.

The service staff at the customer service desk is extremely helpful with very good service and attitude. I like this store and would recommend to a friend.

The product that I was looking for was easy to find and I had assistance from a associate.

Good store to find what you are looking for!

Home Depot has a Mask Mandate yet they do not enforce it creating an unsafe environment to shop. The sales associates are not as helpful as in the past. Asking for help to locate a product has come down to finger pointing versus at least providing a specific location in the store.

I highly recommend working with Jacob when purchasing your appliances! He was super knowledgeable and helpful!!
