Purchased a dryer from Harry in appliances and he was very knowledgeable about the dryer. Had a delivery date set up, and had to change it and they were very helpful in getting the next delivery date for me. The sales staff and cashier was so helpful. I was amazed that they were willing to go out of their way to make sure i was satisfied.

I was happy to find my hard to find item, with the help of a very friendly associate. I told the manager about how pleasant the employee was. The manager was very appreciative for the recognition. I could tell that he cares about his employees. My cashier was equally pleasant. The store was clean and well stocked.

This store is full of great willing to assist employees in particular Luella the cashier!

By far the best Home Depot in the city. Chris the manager is always there helping and answering questions if needed. Luv my HD!

Among the items I purchased was a 2 Gal Kilz primer; I asked the paint department person to shake it up and he said he can't shake a 2 Gal bucket (really?). All he had to do is insert the bucket in the 5 Gal shaker, instead, he decided to lie. Very sad! I also purchased 2x1 Gal Marquee interior paint and spout to pour was not provided. There is a dire need to train your paint department personnel in customer service. I was lied to and shortened two paint spout! Yikes!! Please, train, train!

I would like to see more regesters open with cashers and less with the self-check-outs

I am contracter of small remodeling co. All-Systems LLC. I do all major projects , kitchens, baths ,basements etc through 3822. One previous project (38220009786070 Fabro). Convinced my customer to go to HD for ALL materials. He got credit card and started buying. Cabinets (good) came in, KBR was 5 weeks out. He went elsewhere. Fridge and dish 2 months out, Reselected on fridge to a $700.00 higher. Helen in admin-excellent. Jackie , terrible, rude, interuptive, unaccomadale. Did not ask for anything special just needed to get his kitchen built. Remodeled basement project at same time (all HD material) . Needed garage door opener installed. Jim Angel in millworks-excellent. Install day, problem. Debris in way, no outlet in cieling but DIRECTLY to left on wall for test purpose till I had time to install outlet on cieling. NO biggie . Understood. Jackie , again rudely calls customer to charge "trip fee". Again, I interact with her and again rude , unaccomadable. Fortunetly, got everything all worked out as usual, I've done many, many jobs with HD 3822. Problems, Sometimes. Solutions,always without haggle. Not this time with Jackie involved. She will make me sway my customers away from her area and any interaction with her. Love 3822. Major part of my business existence. Very disappointed in these past transactions due to Jackie. My customer . Still happy. (no dishwasher till 3-2-21) . Thank you.

The store employees were very helpful and curteos. If they could not help me, they found someone who could.

This is the best Home Depot and big box store to shop in Cincinnati tristate.

This is not the first time that I have encountered Loretta and dealt with her at the store! Whenever she is at the customer service desk: whether it be to return something or just asking for assistance she ALWAYS has a smile on her face and is very knowledgeable, very friendly and very customer focused. I recommend her to family and friends that when she’s working to go to her to obtain her help!!

Not enforcing the their own mask mandate properly.

They lie to customers and when calling for help they play phone tag or simply put you on hold and don't answer. There delivery service is never on time even though you have paid extra for their service. To add insult to injury after waiting all day, there is no phone call as to why they are a no show. I called again they promised the next day delivery...again no show and no phone call. What a disaster I had to go purchase the driveway sealant somewhere else to complete the job. You need to fire these employees. You have no idea how to run a business. I am just sure you will bury these comments.

I did purchase items at the Western Hills store but letter today I went to the HIghland HD to meet with Jeanne. Jeanne was at the Highland HD, NOT the Western Hills.

This store is the best! They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate me whether it’s giving me helpful advice or helping me load up my car. Their employees are very knowledgeable and kind and their store is clean. My puppies love going too! Thank you Home Depot for helping me make my home beautiful!

best prices from far around and always plenty of stock on the shelfs.people save gas stop running all over town to save a buck.your home depot is just around the corner from your home,and just thank the gas you will save.heck thats more money to spend at your home depot store.i know where i shop and get what i need to get the job done,know where but my western hills home depot......there the best shop around and ,bet you will be back.thanks home depot.big greg..............

Kathy in the paint department was spectacular. Kathy was very informative and gave us so many options. She was also giving me insight on thing that would have never occurred to me while picking out certain paints and primers. Kathy in my opinion was very empathetic to us being first time home owners. I also appreciate that she came to us and offered help. Audrey the cashier was great! She was very patient with us even though we were very indecisive. She kept checking on us and was happy to assist us. These two went above and beyond our expectations!

I find thee store at western hills well stocked, well maned, and well organized. even when busy shopping is a good experience,

I had a total of 5 employees giving me their time to assist me: 1 to try and find disinfectant wipes/ ! to take me to the aisle for merchandise I was looking for/ 1 to locate a scratch & dent item{refrigerator)/ ! who noticed a broken mask strap who then gave me a new mask / and 1 who retrieved a box for me that defied my 4'11" height!

Cashiers are very unfriendly. Seems like that don’t want to perform their job.

This is my Favorite store and due to Covid-19 this has been the only store that I feel safe due to the fact that I have someone High Risk at Home and thanks so Highly for implementing the policy and procedures in place for your Customers (Outstanding Service)

DISAPPOINTED THAT DELIVERY WAS NEVER MADE NOR WAS A CALL MADE REGARDING THIS MATTER-OVER $1200.00 PURCHASED FROM GARDEN CENTER AND THEY DID NOT HAVE PRODUCT. WE HAD TO CALL ON THE DELIVERY DAY AFTER WAITING HOURS FOR A CALL TO ESTABLISH TIMELINE-BAD SERVICE!

Know what you need and where it is before you get there, cause no one there is going to help you. They will literally turn and stare at the floor as they walk by to avoid helping.
