Have notice an overall improvement over the last several months

The Home Depot is a great store to visit and shop!

I do a great deal of shopping there including building, repair, gardening plumbing, electrical, and even home decor. I love my Home Depot store.

I created an order online to have a delivery from the Wilkins store. The materials were for a 540 sq ft deck and included everything from concrete to wood to fasteners to hand rails. Basically the whole job. The materials never came on the Saturday the date it was supposed to and I never got a call. I called store and was on hold for about an hour before I talked to a manager. The manager said they would deliver it Thursday with 20% off my order. This seemed reasonable although I was losing valuable time and labor. Well, Thursday’s delivery time came and went. I called the store and my order wasn’t pulled again. After being on hold again for an hour I drive down to the store. I was told by the pro desk that the issue was because I ordered on line. If I had ordered through the pro desk everything would have been taken care of. I was also told that the 20% off of my order that I was told was wrong. I am now getting 10% off my order and they would pull my order right away and put it on a rental truck for me to take home that day. It is now Friday, a day later, and I still don’t have my order. I called this morning, they are still putting my order together, and was told they didn’t have a truck last night and they still don’t have one yet. I was also told that because my order is so big I would have to make several trips too. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences in my lifetime.

I already filled out my in-store survey but also wanted to write a review here to ensure that others know how friendly and accommodating one of the managers at this store is. I just had an extremely pleasant interaction with front manager Kim, who made me and my toddler feel at home in this Home Depot despite my toddler's sensory difficulties (she was having a full-blown meltdown by the time I got to check out). Kim intervened creatively and helped us to have a successful check-out experience - thank you, Kim!

Very Friendly Staff, I came here from Westmoreland County because they were out of stock and You had the items I needed plus a Great help from Kim,Cashier/Manager

The best general lumber and hardware store around.

The Home Depot is a great store to visit and shop. The employees are more than willing to address your needs and they are very knowledgeable about the products you inquire about.

Kim the front end manager is a sincerely nice and helpful person and made my trip help very pleasant Also the tool rental folks were nice as well

Several times I have been assisted by employees who have been extremely helpful; once looking at child safety ite ms, another time regarding lightbulbs and recently regarding glass block windows. I had not always looked for help and yet there was someone there inquiring on their own. Even at the registers there have been very kind and pleasant employees. You have excellent and knowledgeable people that work at Home Depot.

After leaving other nearby home store because it took forever for someone to help us. When I walked looking for someone to help in kitchen department we were told the employee that works that department had left. So came to Home Depot where someone was there to help right away and then suggested we make appointment with kitchen designer. So glad we did he was a huge help in designing and cabinets were ordered. Very pleased.

WE WENT TO THE STORE TO LOOK FIRST BEFORE WE BUY, THE PERSON WHO TOOK CARE OF US WAS VERY GOOD AND VERY HELPFUL WITH ALL OF QUESTIONS, THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND VERY ORGINIZED. WE BOUGHT THE WASHER WE WERE LOOKING AT AND VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING!!!!

No fewer than 6 employees we’re not properly wearing masks. This is inexcusable and shows how little Home Depot cares about its customers.

The employees do their best to be helpful and courteous. I found everything I needed. Checkout was fast and the cashier was courteous. Love this store!

The store is clean and the cashier was very helpful. It would have been nice to see more information about the recessed lighting and the differences between the various products.

Short and sweet, We went to purchase a lawnmower. There were a couple employees discussing something in that area. They came to our assistance immediately. They loaded the lawnmower on the cart, took it to check out and loaded it in our vehicle without hesitation. They also attended to a car in the lot that was unattended and the door left open... I give them props .... that was 100.

Karen, who was working in customer service the day I shopped was outstanding. Pleasant, friendly and very customer focused. Thank you Karen for making my shopping trip so pleasant. Home Depot should use as a best of class example for their customer service training.
