This is my go to location! They always have everything organized in a nice manner. Plus I use the app so I know exactly where the items are, how many in stock, etc. Employees are helpful and I feel like they genuinely care.

During my recent visit, and in other visits, I have found the Home Depot to stock everything I need for my various small home improvement projects. The sales associates are friendly and helpful, and when I need assistance I can easily find help.

Ask for Calina when you shop here! She will take care of you, ya parents, ya grandparents and ya great grandparents. 5 stars all for her. She hangs the masks, helps everyone in any department, and knows where everything is. If she doesn’t know where something is she will make every effort to find out

There is not always someone who has knowledge about paint in the paint area. Today and my last visit surprisingly I left the store confident I had purchased the correct. Paint as far as coat, shade and amount.

This is one of the top rated hardware stores in the area, the products are reasonably priced and the store associates are very knowledgeable.

The store had what we needed and the people were friendly, but that didnt amount to much. We bought a dishwasher and specifically told them we needed it installed. We even had a whole conversation about our current dishwasher and how installing it was a nightmare and that is WHY we needed it professionally installed. The delivery came within the appt window, but I was shocked to come out of the bathroom and find everyone gone, with my new dishwasher still sitting in the box. Apparently, Home Depot or the employee or whoever never bothered to put in the work order for installation. So now it is a gigantic paperweight sitting in my livingroom, blocking my TV and walkway, and that is where it will stay because it's too heavy to move, and even if I could I have no other place to put it! So I'm sure it will be another 2 d*** weeks until they can get someone to come install it. I understand mistakes happen, but we made such a big deal about needing installation, how the h*** do you miss THAT?

Ron in appliances was extremely helpful. We had been looking for a gas range and microwave since the pandemic started. With the shortage of stock it was difficult to find something we liked that was either in-stock or able to be ordered. We kept looking at several stores throughout 2020 and found nothing each time. I really didn't think we were going to find anything this time either, but Ron was very helpful. We finally found a GE range and matching microwave for our new house. He was very personable and answered all of our questions. Ron even downloaded the manual to the microwave so we could be sure that the defrost settings worked the way I wanted. He recommended several units to us and was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. As a new homeowner I shop at this Home Depot almost every week. While there are several great employees here, Ron is the best sales associate I've interacted with in the past few months (not just at Home Depot).

This store seems to have items that the competitors don't carry. It's my "go to " store!

I have had some bad customer service experiences in my day, but this store was by far the worst I have had in recent memory. The lack of care that was given by the front end employees was epic. It's almost like this store hired the staff from Dick's Last Resort to man the Customer Service area. I'm sure that not every employee there is a miserable hump, but the four that I encountered set the bar pretty low for anyone else that calls that store their place of employment.

I’m a contractor and I’m in a Home Depot every single day. Hands-down the Wilkins Township Home Depot is the best. The pro desk is always helping me out with anything that I need. Tara and Steve are the best.

I recently wanted to order blinds because they were on sale til November 4th. However I couldn’t order then because I needed Home Depot to come measure so I could actually order what I needed. Made the purchase of 53.50 on October 29th for someone to come measure and still haven’t even got a phone call to set up an appointment on November 2nd. The sale is going to be over on the blinds I want on the November 4th and I still won’t know what i need to order them before that. I could’ve gone to any store for the blinds and paid full price and probably had it done quicker. So I’m not happy about how long it takes for at least someone to call and set up an appointment. Then when you call the store they just transfer you around and hang up on you. Hopefully I will get a call soon.

Your online service is excellent. A special quality because of the Virus. Many of us do not shop in person at this time. Thank you for being so adaptable.

Don't trust their pricing. I ended up paying $236 more for an item than was listed because it was an ONLINE ONLY ITEM- EVEN THOUGH i could not buy it online- the store required in store purchase. VERY VERY disappointed in a store I trusted and counted on.

This store is inadequately staffed to respond to shopper questions. While shopping in the electrical department I stopped by the customer service desk twice requesting assistance... no associate came by. I stopped an associate walking in the aisle I needed help in and asked for help. He said he would send someone by... no one appeared. I even called the store from my cell phone asking for help in the electrical department. No one showed! Very frustrating. And people wonder why shoppers are turning to the internet and passing brick and mortar establishments by! Oh I was forced to select at the minimum 1 star. The experience was not even worth 1 star!

EMPLOYEES WERE FREINDLY, KIND AND EFFICIENT. THE CASHIER'S SMILE SHINED THROUGH HER MASK!!! The store was clean and easy to find products.
