I bought 3 clay flat pots and ew ponytail plant and others

Very disappointed in lack of attention to safety and customer service.

HAD AN ALTERCATION TODAY WITH AN EMPLOYEE THAT WAS DRUNK, HE INSULTED ME CALLING ME NAMES, CURSING AND PROCEEDED TO HIT ME WITH SHOOPING CART!!!!! IM STILL SHAKEN UP BY THE HOLE INCIDENT. I DID REPORT IT TO MANAGER ANASTACIO "TACHO" ON DUTY AND THE SUPERVISOR ON DUTY. I WILL BE SEAKING LEGAL GUIDENCE!!

Have purchased lots of plants here and they always have such a nice selection. I sometimes wish the instructions on plant upkeep were more detailed, but the plant selection is wonderful!

They had someone fallow me like I was trying to steal something when I don’t that kind of thing especially because I am a mother n would not risk that. 2nd they wouldn’t sell me the last box of sticky floor squares cuz it was miss a few and I really needed to buy it but still would not sell even for a discount which I found very dumb cuz when I asked her if you guys don’t sell what is done with it. She didn’t know maybe resell it n I said that’s what I’m trying to do is buy it lol didn’t make any sense. Upsetting considering that was the main reason why I even went there

Overcharged on concrete bags. I purchased 16 and got charged 166. It’s been several days and everyday I keep getting told by associates at home depot that the security guard who checks cameras isn’t there. They said they need to verify on camera that I took 16. I don’t understand why they can’t just speak with the cashier who attended me that day and verify with him. I am sure he will remember because if I had to purchase 166 that would require him to get a forklift out to bring all those 166 bags.

I always send my guys or I go to buy all my materials in hope depot. 99% of the time they have what I need or we can order and receive my material soon to continuous with our projects

Everyone is super great, especially Kevin from lumber. Good guy who seems to actually like his job and always goes the extra mile for a customer. Thanks Kevin!

If you go into this location, be ready to figure thinout in your own or do research prior to your visit. Not all, but many of the employees seems to be bitter and in a bad mood. Many of the employees are completely ignorant about products and don’t seem to be helpful at all. Cashier are nice though.

Henry from the Garden Department was so helpful and friendly. He was able to locate an artificial tree I was looking for.

Dealing with friendly, knowledgeable staff who take the time to help you with your needs, goes a long way to helping you have an amazing shopping experience. Your shopping environment is also important. Shop at a location that is clean, well-kept, and looks nice.

Went in for some small plants - trying to just be in n out - and the cashier showed me everything I needed. Batta bing batta boom -> out. 10 mins or lesss

Mai was super helpful very friendly and with her advice I’m sure the plants I bought will survive the me and the summer. Mai recommended some products But also told me why they would help. So I feel encouraged and emboldened. Thank you and thank her for me. Joey in kitchen appliances was very helpful and informative also. Thank him too.

This store is constantly a clutter starting from the moment you enter the parking lot. There are tons of day laborers as well as homeless who constantly walk the lot and I’ve had items stolen from my truck twice recently out of 4 total visits to this branch. Also while you can see employees socializing inside having a grand ole time, they refuse to answer the phone and if your lucky enough to actually get a hold of anyone, it won’t be until you’ve held for no shorter than 30+ mins.

the way some workers give customer service makes this store a wonderful place to shop

I returned an item and this lady was abruptly rude. She asked what I would like to do and I responded her with, I’m here to return an item. She then asked if I had a receipt and I said yes that it’s right here. She then rudely responded with(she was a girl who speaks Hindu), “okay but I’m right here.” After I asked if I could speak to a manager, her friend whom she was talking with the whole time tried to take in my complaint as if she didn’t know why I had a complaint. After she phone called someone else to handle my complaint, she turned around and made fun of me just because I didn’t want her to handle my complaint. I really need to know what’s being dealt with this situation. This happened today 02/14/22 at 6:44pm.

Spacing is excellent as one is not in the way of getting hurt from one’s big purchases.

EXCELLENT customer service with knowledgable employees that seek you out to offer assistance, as opposed to other locations in the area where I can rarely find anyone to help me.

Over all its a good store my only complaint is they are under staffed?

The customer service here is below par despite the convenience of the location. The manager and the cashier were unkind and provided unsatisfactory service.

This is a very good store. I like to come here all the time. Top quality products; great customer service, no clutters in the aisles; plenty of parking unlike other Home Depot stores.

I waited 20 mins for assistance after another employee called on the intercom and no one showed up then I went to another employee who again used the intercom to get someone to help me and I waited 5-10 mins before giving up and just going to the checkout. I should’ve honestly not purchased anything but I really needed the wood
