This store is the most efficient and friendly Home Depot in my area!! Their equipment rental department rocks and their sales floor employees are the best. I got answeres too all my questions and solutions for what I needed. I will always shop at the Windsor Hill store from now on!

Every time I go in there I’m lucky if I even get one employee to acknowledge if I need assistance. Employees walk by you as if you aren’t there. They don’t greet or thank you. Not very satisfied

Im from out of town but decided to get some oil-based paint for some outdoor projects. Linda in the Paint Department is a very great employee with a can do attitude and spirit. The computer system was down so she cheerfully inputted the data manually into the computer to mix my paint. Smart and dedicated to the task is what Linda brings to the Home Depot team.

Overall, the store is kept clean and somewhat stocked. They still practice social distancing and mask wearing, for those that are still concerned about Covid.

The people in home depot are always ready to help, give information about the products and make your day better.

This is a great store. I shop there because of the attention I get from the employees. They have gone out of their way to help me.

The lumber department needs some work and inventory accuracy is very important. Besides that, I love this store!

I have been going to this store for about 30 years now. They must be doing something right or that wouldn't be happening. Well stocked, aisles marked correctly, I can find things quickly.

first time there did have the app make it easier when needed but found everything i was looking for even just browsed some.

I was purchasing a garage disposal and some bath room faucets for my house. I wasn't for sure if I got everything I needed for the garbage disposal. I was going to have the guy that is installing my garage disposal to also install my faucets in the bath rooms. After talking with Spencer and Franco, they made me feel like accomplish this myself. I feel confident enough that I truly believe I can. Spencer and Franco both were so patience with me and showed me what all I needed to replace everything that I was looking. They went above and beyond their duties. Sometimes you can go into Home Depot and get an employee that are in a bad mood and act like they don't want to help you. So I was grateful that was not the case this time. We need more people like these employees.

Recently I reported Jeanette’s unprofessionalism through one of these surveys. Since then she shadows me when I shop there (walking by over and over again even though she is a cashier). Today when I went to pick up my online order in-store, I realized someone had opened the box it was shipped in in order to snap my tube light in half and then slip back into shipping box. Maybe I should assume even the highest ranking at this store are in on this?

Called and they looked for item.... held it at customer service desk and was very pleased with the service given there last night...thank you Jennifer

Great store for home products

It's too bad, but management at this Home Depot doesn't seem to understand we are the customers; they should be there for us. I can rarely find an employee to ask a question of. When I see an orange vest, I ask for help, and they tell me it's not their area. Often, the display merchandise is damaged, as though they put dinged samples out since they can't sell them (I.e. Doors). Often, the isles are blocked by moving equipment or stocking pallets. Stocking should be done overnight, not during the day. I have frequently walked out without finding what I need...and filling out surveys doesn't seem to make a difference.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I found Plastic ceiling vents that I did not find in 5 competitors stores who only sell metal ceiling vent and not the size needed for my home. HomeDepot made my day!

Also when I visited the paint section in the store they Did not have stocked the paint overalls tyvek in Size XL they only had size ,2XL. I brought this shortage To the associates attention.
