Employees at the return desk should not tell you they do not know how to return your item.

All staff was support and helpful

Was extremely disappointed in the way I was treated by 'Sarah' in the flooring department. She had a horrendously rude, disrespectful, unhelpful attitude that she blamed on her drinking "too much coffee". When all I asked if there was someone who could help me as she left me standing there waiting at the desk with no attempt to help or offer alternative assistance whilst standing 6 feet away from me the entire time. If you're looking for someone with patience and common courtesy DO NOT ask her. She might bite your head off as she did mine. As someone who has 15+ years customer service experience I was appalled at her behavior. Very upset that my experience was a negative one. If I do choose to shop at Home Depot again, I most definitely will not be returning to this location.

Cashiers for online orders are very prompt & friendly

Sandra Lee that works in the flooring department is so very knowlegable and knows her product very well. Utmost superior customer service. Very professiona. I would rate her as superior.

I love this store! The employees go above and beyond in providing the best customer service. I love to shop here and be creative in my gardening and building skills. I always find fascinating projects to attempt.

Greg from electronics was great! He made my experience the best ever and the quickest possible! Will definitely be back!!!! The store was very clean and stocked and being restocked constantly.

Great store and employee

I love this store and the updating and organization of items. When I need help, the customer service or employees are very knowledgeable and can direct me to find the items I'm looking for.

Friendly, Clean and staff is knowledgeable and plenty.

I wanted to purchase delosperma (succulent ground cover) in a specific color. I thought I'd have to visit multiple lawn and garden centers to find it and, possibly, end up ordering it online. My first stop was my local Home Depot, the closest to my house with my favorite coffee shop in between. I found exactly what I wanted displayed in plain view. When I realized I would need a shopping cart, the cashier brought it to me; she's such a pleasant lady!

I am not a very happy soon to be former customer of home depot. I have been treated like poop by your employee Jessica for the last time. I am a paying customer and I do not need to be treated like trash and I refuse to spend my money at a company that thinks more of their rude employees than they do a paying customer.

Love this store

The store was clean and I was able to find what I needed. I was assisted by an associate who was very helpful. I'd say he even went the extra mile to make sure the boards for the table we were making and fencing boards were of good quality. Then he assisted in loading them onto my cart. We have been having interior work done this summer. Have made many trips to a few different Home Depot Stores. We have been very satisfied with our visits. Able to find what we needed and encountered friendly associates. We have also enjoyed the easy Order Pick-Up services y'all provide.

Great store...very friendly employees

Absolute WORSE customer service experience from Maddie who worked in "Customer Service". Completley ignored right in front of other customers and employees when requesting assistance. All of attitude and maliciously rude to say the least. I asked to speak to a manager who never answered the two pages Josh put out throughout the store for customer assistance.

Poor customer service

This particular Home Depot was busy when i went. The associates in the store are no where to be found for assistance even when someone calls for one. Then the cashier named Willie who assisted me, was rude for no reason & even refused to give me a military discount. Which was the first for me. I never had a problem getting the military discount. Then being a female I asked the cashier if I could get assistance loading the heavy boxes into my car. He told me just go wait over there by the doors and I will call someone to help you but, it's going to be a little wait before I can get someone to help you. After waiting a while he never called anyone to assist me. I had to bother another cashier at the self check out to help me and she did right away. It took me at least an hour to make this purchase. Unbelievable!

The home depot Walzem (Windsor) location is fantastic. They usually have what you're looking for, and they also have great sale items. But, the best part is the great customer service you will receive. Ask for Maddie or Jay, or Alisha if your a placing an order in person or over the phone. Ask for Jeannette if you need help. And if you have a problem, question or issue definitely ask for Gabriella-she is the fix-it gal. She can do just about anything. Herbert is also a great go-to-person. He is very helpful and a very hard worker. He will get your materials and he will make sure the store is nice and neat. The manager is really great too! He always greets us when we are in the store. Thanks for providing us with excellent service.

The store is well stocked and the employees are great.

Jeanette was very helpful to us showing us where to get our paint mixed and then telling us exactly where the gardening tools were located

People who work here are always very helpful.

The ladies in customer service were awesome...there was a problem with my pick up and they made adjustments to ensure at the end I was a satisfied customer...demonstrated great customer service...thanks ladies Monday 8 July @5pm...I didn't get there names but notice it was all ladies working...

Been shopping at the Windsor Home Depot since it opened. Purchased several major appliances. Had purchased and installed Pergo laminate flooring. installed rain gutters. Countless home and garden tools, plants, fertilizers, cleaning materials, etc. Always good quality.

The store was very clean our cashier Yessica in the appliance department was very helpful she knew her products are was very helpful to me and my family. She got a a great package deal suitable for my family and a great price that I could afford.

This store have the nicest employers,who always have a smile and conversation when they help you.
