We took our cat outside to play and a neighbor's dog got loose and came into our backyard yard which scared our cat up a tree. We needed to purchase a ladder quickly to get the cat down. We called the store and they set aside the ladder for us even though they were closing in 20 minutes. The employees Mike and Todd were helpful in helping us check out the ladder as well as showing us which straps to secure it to our Jeep. They showed that they cared about our problem at hand. It worked and our cat is now safe and sound back in our home.

I’m so pleased with the mulch and garden plants I recently purchased from Home Depot. I’m not done spreading it, but it’s looking awesome already.

Tim Halverson - was very helpful and knowledgeable. We have a hard patio door and window to order, he was resourceful and found what we needed. Very nice to work with. We will be back to order the other items we need for our remodel and addition.

We just moved here from Sioux Falls SD and were very pleased with the overall prices of their products and their amazing customer service!!! Every associate we met in the store greeted us each time and asked if we needed help with anything. All of them seemed very knowledgeable in what we needed also.

Home Depot took my return of a Pressure Washer without question. (The spinning washer nozzle had failed to perform as expected after 45 minutes of performing well.) They also issued a refund on that Pressure Washer, which I had purchased the day before. Great service! I shall be back.

I bought many items for a renovation of my summer trailer home which were shipped. Upon returning them to the store closest to me I asked for help with unloading my items. This person lead me to the proper area & introduced me to Matt. Matt asked me if I had receipts. I gave a box full of them to him where he took the time to sort and match them with my items. Next we looked for replacement items, a vanity mirror, and cabinet where another clerk helped us select one. Lastly we looked at a faucet where another clerk explained the difference between the models displayed. We returned to Matt who checked us out where another clerk helped load the materials into our car. In summary my wife and I were extremely impressed and left the store with a feeling of gratitude. Thank you to all.

I was promised a complete shower on a 14000 dollar job and didn't receive what I was promised wasn't called back on my inquiries. Over all sales sucks

A big shout out to a couple of gentlemen at home Depot Wisconsin rapids. Showing up 5 minutes before they close in the middle of a project on a Friday night. The two associates were more than happy to get me to where I needed to be find what I needed to find. Even opened up for cash register closest to the door where I was parked due to his raining out. Job well done

Love our local Hone Depot store. Always friendly workers and always clean. Usually find everything I need.

The employees are great and very helpful, but as far as ordering products from any Home Depot I would not. My experience was awful. I ordered flooring on 2/23 and it was set to deliver to store on 2/29. I finally received part of my flooring on 4/5 after calling the store 3 times (I was on the will call when arrives list). The rest of my flooring I got on 4/12 after my son had seen the product on the floor for sale. I am so disappointed in how Home Depot has their systems set up, poor customer service on the company's part. The staff was apologetic and truly did care and seemed just as frustrated as me. I will never order big ticket items again through Home Depot, small purchases only from here on out, if not at all. I will not support a company where the customer does not come first.

When it was decided that my trailer couldn’t haul all the lumber I purchased, one employee offered to go home and get his big trailer to haul it for me!

I was looking for a battery for my key fob. I had no clue what size to get or how to open my key fob.Alyssa was so helpful. She knew how to open my key fob. She got the correct size for it and installed it and made sure it worked.

The employees were very helpful and didnt just walk away like other stores do. We had Colten at the register, Jack for help with the Pro Account and wood order and the Xeng helped load everything up. Over all it was an excellent experience

Stopped in to Home Depot in Wisconsin Rapids to look at bathroom vanities. John S. greeted me asking if I needed help. He proceeded to spend at least 45 minutes to an hour helping me. He went outside and measured my car to make sure the vanity would fit. He helped me with faucet, hardware, supply lines, paint etc. My experience was delightful as well as productive thanks to John S. I really appreciated it!!

We are retired and we love going to Home Depot they're so friendly and helpful they always load up our heavy household items and load them into our vehicle or trailer and we really appreciate the hospitality.

If you have measurements for your space, cabinets can be designed for you as you wait. John Lynch had designed cabinets for me for three areas of my home. Friendly and knowledgeable, he asks the right questions, listens to determine your wants and needs and orders the cabinets that will do the job. You can expect great cabinets with not much wait time.

Tavia was extremely rude to other cashiers and customers. While walking around the self checkout she was eating snacks on the floor. I will not be coming back to shop here due to the unprofessional acts of this cashier

The cashiers and Customer Service employees are always s great and very helpful. ON this trip, Sandra was especially helpful in looking up my tax exempt info so I didn't have to pay sales tax. I didn't have my card with me.

Always have stuff I need and if I need to return something, they always return it

2 Customer service employees rude, when we requested a refund of an $80 charge to move our old washer and dryer 15 ft to the garage, that the salesman told us we would get if the delivery guys didn't charge that fee.

I had a complex check out and Samantha helped me do it quickly with no trouble

This is a very good home depot location, made so by excellent employees who never fail to provide the help I need if I need it. They are knowledgeable and thoughtful. Most seem to enjoy their job in my experience, which makes shopping there more pleasant.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Joel and Linda were our sales staff and they were exceptional. We specifically asked for their names to include them in our survey.

This store can have two people at the self check out which I don't normally use ,but they won't open a cash register, before 7am
