I have never had a bad experience at this store.

I had the most terrible shopping experience at the Wisconsin Rapids Store! In returning a small item, which I had the receipt from 2 days prior, because I did not have a photo ID, I could not return the item purchased. I wanted a store credit for the $6 item. The cashier and the store management were very rude and uncaring to me as a long term customer, who spends thousands of dollars at this store. They didn't use a photo ID when I purchased the small item. It is a sad day in a small town when a person gets treated this poorly at a retail store. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I suggest you hire more people like Crystal and get rid some of those that are just there for a paycheck.

The employees at Home Depot are very friendly, they all take pride in serving customers and going above and beyond. We also like the fact that there is someone at the entrance of the store to sanitize carts, hand sanitizer and masks available to customers.

The online pick up was excellent and the employees i talked to were friendly

Looking for a new refrigerator, Angela Kuhn was extremely helpful to us. We got a fridge for the best price.

Usually has everything I need for household maintenance and projects. What makes the Wisconsin Rapids store excellent is its people. Knowledgeable, friendly and excellent customer service.

I've found some employee's walking around with their masks down past their nose. Had a woman employee, very helpful, call for assistance in electronics, came back 10 minutes later, found I had not been helped, called again, returned 10 minutes later and I still was not helped. At that time she apologized and I left.

Store was clean and most of the employees were friendly and helpful. The paint department person (Winnie or Minnie ) was rude and disrespectful.
