I bought tiles at this store and the service was wonderful

Came in to place an order for a fridge and Designer Shanay took care of us. She was really helpful and answered all our questions, and placed the order.

Poorly run and poorly staffed. Found better service at other Home Depot’s. At one time a stellar location

They make you walk to the other side of the building to use the entrance, when I'm already on the other side. Then what I need is on that original side of the building, then the cashier is back of the other side. For a large area, open more entrances. Also, prices on the shelves do not match what I paid at the cashier.

Store is not well stocked with not much visible help. Just a shame that when you leave NY area Home Depot’s stores are top notched. Parking lot filled with individuals looking for work, not very comfortable leaving car in lot,

I purchased a lock for my apt door so very glad I did.

I always love coming to this branch and buy my stuff, because of the service!!!

Employees that I interacted were lazy. I had one employee at the open garden area tell me there is no soil so I looked up the soil online and saw that there was 46!. Went to customer service gave the employee with the rainbow pin there the sku and told him there was 46 showing he just said oh we must be out of stock and then turned away. Then I went back and told the Spanish employee at the garden area that I can see 8 pallets worth of soil. He stated it would take 25 minutes for him to get the key. Mind you I’m standing outside in the rain waiting . I don’t understand why he so lazy and just not help. Even at checkout I was asked did I scan everything even though the guy literally stood behind me. The only employee that was kind and seemed to care was Reginald. The rest were lazy or wanted to stand at customer service with the 8 other employees taking and telling customers that they don’t have product that is clearly on the shelf.

Don't try to return anything without a receipt of you are treated like a criminal

Staff that helped me at first seemed not interested in what i was asking. once she realized im not leaving without my refrigerator & stove then she showed more interest. this place is full of either peddlers or people looking for work. either way.....to many outside. I'm afraid coming in.

Staff knowledgeable about products and cashier Sharon was very friendly and quick with ringing me up . Theresa from the flooring department helped me find what I was looking for despite being short staffed ..

Would likely to come back to shop

I had ordered a Christmas tree online and scheduled it for delivery. Due to the low stock, my online order was canceled. When I called the store they had received another shipment and within an hour I had my Christmas tree. I’d like to thank Marisol and Maria for the assistance today, they were very informative and helpful. Thanks to the both of them I was able to get my order with no issues in person. Thank you once again guys!

This homedepot is one of most organized and somewhat neat places , anything I need for my project is there

I love Home Deport but am often frustrated at finding exactly what I need, usually because I don't know exactly what I need. During my last visit, an employee named Frank F. helped me figure out exactly what to buy, helped me find everything, and gave me lots of good advice on my projects. Frank works there on Saturdays.

The store has a great selection of many items at a very reasonable price. I got some cleaning products that I needed. The staff was helpful and friendly. This location is very convenient and adjacent to other retailers with ample parking.

Yesterday I bought window blinds from your store, and since my windows have specific size, I need the help from your employee tp size them up for me. This job was done my Mr. Brian L, from the flooring department, and I sought how wonderful and helpful to have such a store in our neighborhood. Thank you Mr. Brian L for your help, and thank you the Home Depot Store # 1220.

Very happy with my purchase

I came to the store to buy a kitchen faucet. I was fortunate enough to have a wonderful sales lady assist me. After she left, I needed additional assistance. There was no one available to help me although someone was paged a few times to come. I waited close to an hour then I left. However, I had a wonderful cashier by the name of MaryAnn who helped turn my negative experience around. Thank you MaryAnn and thank you to the employee who initially assisted me in the faucets area.

The Glendale Home Depot is probably better than the other Home Depots in the area. Erskine and Rockaway are not the best.

Happy about Angel the salesman in hardware section who kindly and effortlessly helped me to get all I needed. He went above and beyond to make my visit an amazing one. He was the only one who smile and show true customer service high level of service.

I love the products at Home Depot and Have always had several questions especially about lighting I need to purchase. They guided me in the right direction.

If looking for an appliance please go to this store. Sales people where great. They where helpful and took time. I even went to the paint section and they help me so much. Thank you home depot please keep it up.

I was trying to purchase carpeting for my home and there is nothing to see but these small displays but what made it worse was the waiting time to have someone come and assist me. Two representatives called and no one showed up, so I left and found a local carpeting store that got my business. I will never go back to that store again.

Store is fine, but sufficient help is NOT THERE!

I forgot an item which I’ve paid for. After about 30-40 minutes I returned to the store and I was assisted to retrieve the item without any problems.
