Cashier Tameka is a disgrace to this home depot. She’s not a good employee for home depot. Management should check their cameras to witness how rude and obnoxious she is.

The store is great and has many things in stock, except when it comes to Halloween or other seasonal decorations. I understand that stores only receive a limited quantity of stock, the day staff is horrible at assisting customers. I asked two staff members this morning for help and each one said, "This is not my department" and walked away. No help. No one even said let me find someone to help you. They just walked away. Do better with hiring good people. At least put more stock on the floor so customers do not have to ask for help. Also, if items are in the overhead, please have workers available to bring it down. Many sales are lost when workers say they have no one in the store to bring down the items. The only nice one was the gentleman who rang me up. I believe his name is Robert. Give him a bonus! He was a nice guy and actually had a conversation with me.

Stephanie and Cindy claimed to be managers and in my opinion, were not fit for the role. Very bad customer service. Do not wish to interact with these two.

USUALLY I FIND NO ONE ON THE FLOOR TO HELP. LUCKY ME, TODAY WAS DIFFERENT. I FOUND ALL ON MY LIST (EXCEPT SOME LUMBER THAT COULD NOT GET BECAUSE THEY WERE REPLANISHING STOCK). SO, IN AND OUT I WAS ON A RAINY FRIDAY. GREAT!

I have two depots that are closer to me, but I prefer to go to this one. It is the best run do-it-yourself store or any store around.

Home Depot has a big parking lot. Very organized. Easy to shop.
