Hustling & bustling outside the store is a healthy sign. Strive to monitor the OUTS. There are no reason for one store having abundance of a product, while the other is looking at zero quantity. Hot products should be balanced between store on a Regional basis.

I have two adult children and now that I'm nearing retirement I'll have more time for their projects Home Depot is my go-to store because I've used them for many years I know pretty much in advance what they have which is consistent quality and availability of the items I generally need

We shop at this store often, and Frederick went above and beyond to help us. When an employee sees you struggling and actually comes to you to see if they can help, that is customer service. Frederick helps us with key and locks for our new home, and we are grateful he was there to help!

This store is always clean, has super friendly and helpful employees, and great prices!! Love shopping here!

Their flooring dept at the store was super helpful too! I think it was "Ashley?" But all that i talked to here in the flooring dept was super on top of it! Kudos and thank you for all of your help, cant wait to see the finished product!

Half the employees were not wearing their PPE correctly (mouth/nose exposed, even when near customers), and the person helping us with key copying didn't bother adhering to the 8.5x11.5 sheet of paper instructing all employees to wear gloves when handling transactions at the key kiosk.

A good selection of Dish Washers, which is what I was shopping for and great customer service. I came, I bought.

I have shopped at the Woodstock, GA. Home Depot since I moved to Acworth. Always had friendly sales help. There are always people who find something wrong with any store, and I have had a few issues with Home Depot before, however, they have always rectified any issue and made it right. Great store!

My flooring was supposed to be in a week ago and I was not updated that it would not be here and then I had to call multiple times just to find out that it would get here today. When I called today to see if I could pick it up, I was told that it was on backorder despite them having already scheduled the installation for next week. I am very unhappy that I was not updated without multiple requests by me and that the flooring is continuing to get pushed back.

store employees are very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.

I was in Home Depot looking for something’s my husband sent me to get, I had no idea where to start. I stop and ask Greg for help. He helped me get everything my husband sent me to get and he did it with a smile. Awesome job Greg!!!

I have been shopping at the Woodstock Store # 0116 ever since the store opened and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. The employees are always helpful and the store is always well stocked.

Not at all horrible no registers open with cashiers the self check out charged my credit card 4 times. If it was a cashier at a register would not have happened. Go to Lowe’s where they care don’t over charge and have a cashier

ARMANI, in customer service, assisted my husband and I with our new riding lawn mower purchase and was super courteous, friendly and professional! She's a great asset to this location! :)

We love our Home Depot! When we need an item to complete one of our many home projects we can count on Home Depot. During the lockdown we even had items delivered to our home. The employees are always ready to help you when you have a question. If they themselves can't help they will find someone who can help you. The store is always clean and easy to get around. From the delivery person to the guy who loaded our pine bark they are always nice and happy to help. Home Depot is our home improvement shopping place!

I love shopping here. Good sales people. I would like to see all shoppers to wear a mask Give them no choice but to wear one. No mask no entry.

Great store!

This store provides a good shopping experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. Most important is that, unlike some of their other locations, the management and staff at this store acknowledge military veterans with respect and provide them a discount on purchases. I have visited a number of locations in Georgia and Florida where this is not consistently applied. Someone on the Headquarters side needs to check on this. The identification process you use is deficient and has to be updated - particularly relative to when verification of veterans status is present on the drivers license where more proof than what HD specifies is required to get that designation.

Great store and customer service. I also love the patriotic tribute that you store puts up every year. LOVE it!

When someone calls to inquire if something is instock 10 minutes before arrive and the employee doesn't even check but says "it's in stock", then you can't find it so verify with the cashier BEFORE paying for it and it is confirmed it is outside for pickup (after she calls to confirm), then someone should actually make sure it is there instead of "guessing". I was told "Oh, we thought it was under the white tarp" --- which by the way, was about 10' from where they were standing, making it very easy to lift and verify. Then when the manager is too busy? Well, looks like I will be going across the street. Which is what I had to do and ended up getting what I needed. MAJOR FAIL Home Depot.

This store is a very helpful and welcoming environment. I shop her often. I feel that it is a cut above some of the other HD in the area. Doesn't give me a hard time about getting the military veteran discount like so many of your stores in GA and FL that I have visited. If you have provided the state enough verification to put military on your driver's license, it doesn't make sense that HD does not accept that everywhere. Please get this to someone who gives a crap about being a veteran. I have the ID on my license, have my VA Health card, have proof I am a member of the American Legion and usually wear hat or vest identifying myself as a vet. The ID you sometimes show to indicate they are what you acknowledge are not held by many. In fact, one of those ID's is specifically required to be turned in on discharge. AND, most important, if you really want validation, every vet has his DD214 which is what is required by substantiate service - even Lowes uses that for verification. Wake up HD management! You are offending a lot of vets who deserve to be treated fairly.

If you are an amateur repair person then Home Depot is the place to be. With the knowledge and experience of the employees that they share with you, over time, you'll begin to feel like an experience contractor.

I HAD A LARGE QUANTITY OF CONCRETE BLOCK AND LUMBER, I WAS PARKED AT THE END OF PARKING LOT AND WAS UNLOADING EVERYTHING IN MY TRUCK BY MYSELF. THE OUTSIDE GUY NOTICED WHAT I WAS DOING AND RUSHED TO WHERE I WAS AT PUT ON HIS GLOVES AND TOLD ME TO RELAX AND LOADED EVERYTHING ELSE FOR ME. GREAT ATTITUDE I THINK HIS NAME WAS DOUG. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

This store is conveniently located new Hwy. 92 / 575. The cashier in the garden department provided fast, friendly customer delight. I would have liked to find a bit more variety in the garden department. There were several garden plants I was looking for that were not in stock but what they did have was well organized, displayed well, and thriving.

Great store

The store was very clean. The cashier, Mikaela, was very friendly and helpful. The young man who loaded the mulch into my car, Jason, was extremely helpful and friendly. Generally, in all the times I have visited this Home Depot all of the employees are friendly and helpful.

I have to say, one of the reasons I come to this Home Depot regularly is the cashier Lottie. She is always smiling and makes it a point to remember my PO # and tax exempt phone number. I am pretty close to the Home Depot off Sixes Rd. in Holly Springs too but I will still come to the Woodstock store because of her and a handful of other employees at this location.
