Wanted a fire pit for tonight. Staff needed to get one from the storage container out back!

Came in looking to buy a decent quantity of deck lumber. Aisle was closed for a long long time with no activity. Asked a few staff folks when it would reopen... they didn't know and didn't care. One was sarcastic about it. I left and bought my deck lumber at the competitor store.

Great staff on hand at Wyo Home Depot for their Penske Rental department. Very quick and friendly. Also very helpful with explaining things to a woman who knows absolutely nothing about sanding! They even followed me all the way to my car to load it into my truck.

I was very happy when the associate informed us that there were different size of cabinets that could be ordered, but were not stocked in the shotre.

I purchased a door and door knobs and the employees helped me load the door into my vehicle. The nicest thing is how the employees great us when we arrive. Everyone at this store is very friendly and that is why I always shop this store.

I enjoy going into the Wyomissing Home Depot, because there is always someone close by to answer any questions I have. I do not have to run around the store to hunt someone down as it is in other home improvement stores.

We just bought a Ryobi drill. Below the drill there was a sign saying "buy more, save more. Save $30 when you spend $129". The drill we bought costs $139 but we found out that the specific drill doesn't apply to that discount even though there was nothing on the sign saying that the specific drill we bought didn't apply to that discount. It also took 5 employees to figure out that it didn't apply. If the employees don't know about the exceptions, how are the shoppers expected to know.

Jimbo was very helpful with assisting me in getting a key cut. Suggested what keys were better than others so they don’t break. Would highly recommend.

Both floor personnel and cashier were extremely helpful and friendly. I didn’t get the name of the floor person but the cashier’s name is Jimmy.

Everybody at the Customer Service Desk was extremely helpful as was the guys helping to load my vehicle.

I was helped by Jimbo of the Wyomissing store, he was patient knowledgeable and personable, best service I’ve had in decades.

I shop here a LOT. Bought a new kitchen, thousands in lumber, roofing, deck stain, paint, tools, garden equipment, grills, snow thrower, seasonal decorations, etc. Store is well stocked with product. Staff have always been helpful and friendly.

I haven't been in Wyomissing in 50 years. My review was of the HD on Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg, PA

Home Depot is extremely well organized in the garden department. It was easy to find everything that I needed, which was a lot with fall seeding and garden work approaching. Having the grass seeds right inside the door adjacent to the garden department makes it easy to complete shopping.

Lousy, lazy employees.
