Always a pleasant experience shopping at this Home Depot. Employees go out of their way to help, if needed. Very clean and well organized.

This store was clean and well stocked. Associate were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I was supposed to get 10% off for applying for and getting approved for a Home Depot credit card. Customer Service wasn’t able to apply the discount and the CS rep actually asked me “is that okay?” Made no attempt to get a manager to help out. Pretty obvious that I was taking up her valuable time that could have been better spent filing her nails. Having spent 50 minutes watching her fumble through the process I told her it looks like I don’t have a choice.

Home depot sells you a $159.95 humidfier,and for some stupid reason,they stop stocking the replacement water wicks,they think the humidifier is a seasonal item,when people use the humidifier all year long,for allergies and lung problems'WAKE-UP

The store employees would rather not sell a custom paint than sell it for the understood price, even though the employee made a mistake....no resolution was offered other than taking the sample back and saying "Fine!"

Had an excellent customer service experience, from the employee that helped locate the item to the cashier that processed the purchase.

The store hires unprofessional and unexperienced carpet installers. And the store did almost nothing to help the situation.

I live in Lancaster, PA..........our Home Depot store was sold out of an item I needed. So, I called the Wyomissing store - they had 1 left. Melissa in customer service answered the phone.......she personally located the item I needed. I paid for the item & drove 30 minutes to the Wyomissing store to pick it up. I was waited on immediately, provided by ID along with their email containing my order information and out the door in less than 3 minutes. I was very pleased........thank you, Melissa, for making the extended effort to satisfy a Home Depot customer.

Never had a negative experience at this store. Store is clean, neat & employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I had to return a product because it was damaged and they took it back with no hassle and help me to find a replacement without any blemishes. The workers were very helpful!!!

Keith from plumbing went above and beyond. Not only did he walk me through to collect the items I needed for my project he explained why they were necessary. I was clueless and he made the process so stress free. He was patient ,kind and very knowledgable. He walked me through to collect the needed materials and I honestly left the store having learned so much from him in such a short amount of time. He was so quick yet thorough in his explainaintion of the materials and importance. I'm ready to get my project completed and I couldn't have done it without his help today. His customer service was outstanding and much appreciated.

Associate in Appliances was helpful and accommodating with our requests/needs. The specific item in which we had interest was not in the store.

The Home Depot in Wyomissing has a great selection of products, friendly and helpful associates and is a super place to pick up all your home improvement needs. There are also an almost infinite number of Christmas gifts available for the handyperson in your life. A clean, well organized store and clean rest rooms(if needed) are available. I've had associates "go the extra mile" on more than one occasion. Great store!

This store sets the bar in customer service and product knowledgeability! I am constantly in this store. I have a fixer-upper and am always in need of something! Each and every time without fail, I am approached by employees asking me if I need help finding anything and most importantly they know their products and where each one is located! Kelvin is one employee who exemplifies this standard of customer service. Unlike their competitor where the employees shy away from customers and have no idea where anything is and have many times over just simply said they don't carry an item without even checking, that is never the case here. From entry to hardware, paint, lumber, garden, and checkout (including help loading my car) - I have always had a good experience and outstanding customer service! Kudos to this Manager Mark Mohn, his crew, and Home Depot for excellent training of their staff!

Shop here on a regular basis for nearly all my home improvement needs as well as installations of items like door and screen, water heater etc.

I spent well over an hour trying to pick up my tile order at this store. The order had been placed over a month ago and the store new I was coming to pick it up. The person in the store who I talked to and was in charge of this, told me who to contact when I arrived at the store. Yet nobody knew where the tile was. It is a very long story and I wrote a previous review on it but Home Depot rejected it because I was critical of their store. It seems being "critical" is reason to reject reviews. I will never shop at this store again!!

Just bought a new refrigerator and we couldn't be happier with the great customer service we received. Employee was very polite, respectful, and went above and beyond getting us all the information we needed and answering all our questions. She wasn't at all pushy so we didn't get that "she's just trying to make a sale" feeling. Would highly recommend!!

I live near Harrisburg and this store was very accommodating to work with me in several aspects of buying a hard-to-find item remotely. THANKS FOR GREAT SERVICE!!!!

This store doesn't take pandemic safety seriously. I witnessed many customers either without masks or with masks not covering their noses and/or mouths, and when these people walked by employees there was absolutely no effort made to get the customers to cover up for the safety of others. Even one of the cashiers had his mask around his neck, completely away from his nose and mouth! And when an uncovered customer came up right next to me and I asked him to cover up, he completely ignored me -- right in the presence of a Home Depot employee who remained silent. This store is not at all serious about keeping customers safe.
