The lady who was a dear person assist us with the disinfectant that was not in stock she went to the top of the Isle and pulled it down for us and we purchased the box of disinfectant spray. I forgot to mention her she was in Iowa 53 or 54 we don't know her name but was extremely helpful and went out of her way we interrupted her while working beautiful lady

Usually the store is good, everything went well, the found items(Fantastik) went quick, assistance looking for an item the app & an employees item tracker said was in stock but could be found went well, assistance was fabulous. Everything would give a 5 star rating UNTIL CHECKOUT. the layout(method) of checkout is very poorly designed and handled. There is not enough room for a busy day like today. There were only 3 self checkout lines and 1 regular open and a very long line at all of them. Each line caused a 90° bend effect to form and as waiting each line would have new customers just walk up and "cut" in line. The one employee in self checkout NEVER said anything, and actually helped several of those cutting in line. I ended up waiting in the lines 20 minutes due to never being able to get in front of others in self due to others constantly cutting without the employee saying a word, and something holding the regular line. The one working in regular also never said anything to control the order it should have been. Management should have been called to help or they should have been there. This made my 5-10 minute trip a 30-45 minute trip

I don't have a problem with the whole store that's not my complaint, it's just the service side for the extended warranty. during a time when I would need it most.

The store Manger Andrew has knowledge of his store and is very patience man while I was with my three children in the store. My family and encountered a small issue, however Andrew stepped in and asked me "how can I help you" and I simply said yes can you help me find my list. He walked me to each item and Andrew even checked me out up front. I was patience with Andrew while he took 20 minutes or more because of the old and new system of checking out, and mind you I had a three children with me buying items for our new home I just purchase just two weeks ago and I was thinking in my mind of all the projects that I have going he then turns around and says "for being PATIENT I'm giving you $200 off my your bill", since that I have shopped about for times already since Andrew helped me. They have a loyal customer from now on. I AM TEAM T.H.D NOW!

I received outstanding customer service for a new Ryobi battery that was unfortunately dysfunctional. The customer service gentlemen confirmed my observation without being accusatory or condescending. Then, they not only replaced the faulty battery with a new one but also supplied me with a new charger and additional battery. I am very appreciative of the friendly and generous support they provided, considering that this Home Depot is further from my home than other home improvement centers (their competitors). With this experience I am convinced to shop at Home Depot first for my lawn and garden needs.

Staff are very helpful and store is clean and well organized. Items I shop for are usually in stock and available.

Employees always seem to be eager to help customers. I love seeing the displays for Halloween and Christmas.

I went to this store for my electrical suplies not knowing what I would need for sure, I was looking at wire and Lights for my garage, Meet a worker name Ralph in that electrial department, This guy is a life saver and knows his job, after I exlained to him that I built a new garage and need to wet my wire and electrial needs, He figured out how much wire, switches, reciptials, boxs,even the panel box for my app. breakers for the welding maching, 15 and 20 amp breakers even when i thought i was done He say here you will need these wire clamps that go into the panel box to hold the wire in place, I m sure I would have made serval trips back to the store for the littl stuff I would have for gotten, GREAT JOB by RALPH.

Employees in specialty departments are knowledgeable and helpful. Checkout staff need better training to insure quicker service at the cash register. Precautions against Covid 19 are not followed satisfactorily in the store: many customers without masks, employees pulling masks down to chin with nose/mouth uncovered, slow service which allows for increased risk of disease transmission, and stocking employees not maintaining social distance.

be careful of miss leading prices went to purchase a ladder jack for a platform and was clearly marked 32.99 and cashier saw that there was more product in front of that tag and she looked at another tag that sad 54 and that she can give that price but not 32 but it was ringing up 69.99 and I put it back and it was put back without even pulling the wrong tag of 32.99 I fell like a scam is going to be for the next person that doesn't realize what their receipt is charging hope that's not the future practices of home depot thought there was a real change in the company thats why I started coming back

I was accidentally charged twice for my products when I wanted to add a job label to a purchase and interrupted the purchase. The transaction was repeated and the cashier and I thought the first transaction was canceled, but it was not. When I discovered the double charge on my card statement, I called the store. Though the phone rang for 5 minutes before someone answered, the customer service person quickly transferred me to the correct representative, who promptly offered to create a return transaction and credit my account. I was treated respectfully and cheerfully served. Thank you.

You hear over and over on the PA System that HD is doing everything they can to make the store safe. However, looking around there is definitely a lax attitude toward the guidelines and mandates of social distancing and face coverings. It’s a frightening circus.

I saw there was an item in the store on the website, but when I got to the store it wasn't on the shelf. An employee called to have someone come help me, and during my wait I was asked several times by different employees if I needed help. One employee noticed how long I was waiting and took steps to find what I had been looking for. Eventually got me the item and gave me a discount for my long wait. Love the customer service here!!

Terrible shopping experience. Not many customers. NO carts available for large items. A lot of employees. However, they were all clueless. They go opposite direction when you try to ask questions. If you get to ask, they give wrong information. Two 60+ year old customers carrying heavy items through the store, not ONE young employee offered assistance! Also, pricing at the register is not the same as posted on the shelf. WILL NOT RETURN to this location.
