Zanesville wowed in customer Service!!! Lorrie helped us with every step of the process -she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable!!! A man on the forklift whose name I did not get was extremely user friendly helpful and patiently teaching while assisting loading drywall for us. I am beyond impressed and so glad I chose to open my business account with Home Depot at this location!!! Thank you so much !!!!!

I've shopped here for years and can always get what I need. The customer service is great.

I was assisted by an employee who quickly created 3 keys for me. She was friendly and professional. When I checked them all of the keys worked perfectly.

I bought some power tools at Gary B. walked my items to the checkout for me. I told him I would just use the self-checkout to which Gary scanned and bagged my items for me. He was very sweet and polite. I bought the power tools for my husband; he loves any Milwaukee tools from Home Depot!

I Love Home Depot & stopped in as going through Zanesville Ohio. Just as expected Customer Service is incredible, CHRIS in Seasonal, what a Awesome Employee! Needed a few things & not my home area so Chris helped us find the women's heated jacket which by the way I Love! Have one & purchased a 2nd one for my BFF ;-) Then needed spiral mixer, expected them to be in hardware by drills, Chris walked us right to the product Ticks are awful this time of year in Ohio. Chris walked us over to the exact location showing what options to use to rid of these little nasty bugs. Thank You Chris 4 your help

I did a lot of research before buying this appliance before choosing Home Depot. Good service, found what I wanted, and they were able to get it reasonably soon even during Covid! Good to see disabled and seniors working there.

I can always find someone to answer any questions I have or help me find the right product.

Everyone's seems to enjoy there job, always willing to help, smiling and joking. It creates a very down to earth experience. I never feel like I am bothering someone and I can always bring my attempt at DYI projects and they welcome them. I love the diversity.

Juanita was very nice and helpful at the service desk. Phil, Nate, Christian and Tyler provided muscle and engineered the loading of the truck and were very polite and helpful! WE HAD A RETURN AND WE WERE GREETED AT THE ENTRANCE AND AN ASSOCIATE HELPED WITH OUR RETURN SO WE DIDN'T HAVE TO PUSH IT THRU THE ENTIRE STORE. THE RETURN DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL AND QUICK. ALL THE ASSOCIATES THAT WE DEALT WITH WAS VERY POLITE AND KIND.
