This store is well maintained by knowledgeable staff whom go out of their way to make spending your money enjoyable.

Once in the store and found the lawn mower section, I was greeted by a gentleman employee and was asked if I needed any help. I asked for information about the RYOBI self propelled lawn mowers and he was very knowledgeable about them. He explained them in detail and really it was his information that romped me to make up my mind as to what mower to buy. Once checked out, he even took it to my car and loaded it for me. The fine lady associate that check me out was very friendly and helpful.

Lee and carol were both great help in the Cabinets they helped us plan our future kitchen! Thanks the Christies!

Good store, normally well kept. My shopping experiences are usually good with friendly helpful employees that will go out of their way to help. This trip wasn't as good, all the above were the same, except----I guess they don't stock large items (at least not the one I needed). So now I have to wait on the dryer. If it's not stocked, delivery should be expedited so it would arrive in a couple days---NOT a week.

This store has always had the best and friendliest staff . It seems that whatever dept. I would shop in I can always count on a friendly staff member approaching me and asking if I need any help finding a product or if I have any questions. This store is second to none. Keep up the great work !

The Store was well stocked and everyone seemed to know where everything was located.

Prices were better than anyplace else for what I purchased. I needed a piece of MDF and 15 2x4's cut to size and Lee the clerk I was dealing with did it without blinking an eye.

I shop this Zanesville store several times a week. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always friendly and has a smile on their face. They are always very helpful and even ask on visits how my small business is doing and what my next projects are.

They have helped me find a substitute for our Malibu lights (parts & pieces); helped me choose the right wiring for a home remodel project; new granite for our kitchen - and there’s always a friendly greeting

Excellent Customer Service!! With the compitition these stores have, customer service has to be above and beyond. That is why people return to the store. When I arrived to pick up my purchase, every single person I passed on my way to the cashier, spoke to me. Keep up the good work. I would highly recommend this store.

Shopping for doors, we had to order the door we wanted, the guy that worked with us was knowledgeable and very helpful.

While I don't often shop in these types of stores, this was a necessary visit as I had to purchase a new toilet. I wasn't sure about which one to get, and was happy that the first person I called over helped me, got a cart and loaded it on for me, and the cashier was friendly, helpful, and helped me get checked out and also I got assistance to get it put in my car and on my way. Very happy.
