Scottsdale 6-Drawer White High Gloss Double Dresser 27.60 in. H x 60.55 in. W x 19.69 in. D

Bought this dresser when the dimension was accurrately reflected in the title as 27.6in H x 60.55in W x 19.69in D. The dresser itself has a clean and chic look - presentation wise, I love it. I needed another one of this dresser to set them side by side for the dressers to expand across a big wall. Unfortunately, when I put together the second dresser and aligned it next to my first dresser, there was at least an inch in height discrepancy. I had made the purchase of the second dresser by going through my purchase history to ensure the correct product was purchased. When I reached out to homedepot via text the first time, their rep kindly placed another order to ensure I get my project completed. I was lucky to have a friend help drop off this heavy dresser to the store. Third dresser arrived to have the exact same issue with the product not measuring up to 27.6in Height as described. Either vendor had updated the height of their product and home depot did not get the memo or it was a faulty product that was shipped to me. Either way, when I addressed the issue to the rep I was chatting with, he/she brushed me off not only to state that no two products will be exactly alike but that rep also did not bother to continue the chat to provide a solution. While I agree that no two products will be exactly alike but to loosely and inaccurately use that reason in this scenario and then rudely activate the virtual assitant to prompt auto-responses for me just ruined my whole experience with home depot. Never once in the experiences I’ve had with home depot in the past had I encountered such rudeness and lacking the understanding of what a margin of acceptable differences meant. Unless you’re blind, an inch discrepancy when setting the two products flushed side by side is a drastic difference. This is not to discredit all the reps who helped me in the past, but the hiccups of getting this project completed and encountering such rudeness made this whole experience so frustrating. UPS also wouldnt pick up this return shipment for no stated reason, so now I have to figure out how to drop off an unopened box and one cracked opened box in a car that is too small to transport them …lovely….PS, I guess they updated the description in the product description section but failed to also update that in their product title. Just waiting for that to happen after I send this message.

It literally falls apart you cant move it with out pieces coming out. If theres one review you listen to let it be this one. Expensive fire wood

Very disappointed with this product. I purchased this item for a client and was very embarrassed with the outcome. The wood kept chipping everytime you put a screw in, the pieces was not cut correctly which caused the top not to properly fit. Overall really bad experience with a poor quality dresser!

Really nice but the smell is so strong smells like paint I hope this smell goes away if not I will be returning this . Quality 5 stars but the smell Mamés me give it 1 star :(

We put this together just as the instructions stated everything went well while we used it! Today we moved this from one floor to another and we held both top and bottom sides for about 10mins as we were moving it and suddenly the whole right side of the dresser popped open and was being held together by the upper rightside screws. There was nothing in the drawer its not even that heavy when held by two people. We didnt even make it to 8 months! This isnt the type of product that will hold up in situations like this one. Don’t buy this product unless you are sure you won’t be moving it around!

Zero Stars! Shouldve known right out of the box with broken parts and scuffed up corners it was going to be a terrible purchase. Quality was horrible. I dont recommend this purchase at all. Take your money and buy something solid

Received dresser with most of the parts thrown in the same bag, instructions have different label numbers than what are ln the bags leaving me to figure out and separate hardware. I use wrong cam locks during the process because i am having to compare pictures instead lf hardware numbers, suppose to take 1hr 30min took me well over that time.

The dresser was well packaged and heavy. The manufacturer included a lot of screws, quite a relieve because I have had to assemble other furniture pieces before and had to call the manufacturer to receive the required number of screws/bolts/etc. Instructions had over 58 steps to complete, the pieces were spread out all over the place. Overall, it was easy to assemble with the 3D instructions, you just had to pay attention to all the details. Some of the boards were not labeled, and the tracks don’t seem to slide as nicely as they should. I, like another reviewer, did use a hot glue gun to assist with the assembly. The color is very nice and fits in with the bedroom. I’m hoping the dresser/drawers work for a long time.

Some of the boards were not labeled, the rest were. Don’t really care for the tracks as they don’t slide as comfortably as they should. The final look is well worth the effort and it should last a long time

The Tvilum Scottsdale 6-Drawer Truffle Dresser (27.6 in. H x 60.55 in. W x 19.69 in. D) is a good starter dresser. The quality is not something that I would normally purchase but it was for a guest room. The dresser arrived in two very heavy boxes. I separated all of the pieces and parts to make sure I had everything. It wasn’t until I got to the drawer assembly that I realized that one of the pieces was broken. Luckily I used my hot glue and it worked good enough to hold the drawer together. The bottom part of the drawers is a laminated piece that is very thin and won’t hold any heavy items. If you are looking for a dresser for strictly clothing and don’t need it to hold anything else then this will work. The top is very solid and looks great. I think this would work for a beginners apartment or dorm but I would not recommend it for a master bedroom.
