I have to say Michelle on the register near the Pro desk is very friendly.If you have a question she will go out of her way to get an answer.

This store is convenient to Atlantic City. The parking lot is a bit difficult to navigate but I like being able to quickly pop in and out of this location.

Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. There is a gentleman at the front who is very funny. He makes my experience EVERY time.

I would recomend Home depot because of their customer service.

Due to it's location and lack of competition this store is the only option for people in the Absecon area, unless you want to go to Egg Harbor Twp. This is a smaller store and has limited selections on a lot of items. I've been disappointed on several occasions assuming they would have an item in store that was either out of stock or simply not carried in the smaller stores. That being said, I still start there since it's the closest store to me and quite convenient.

If you ask an employee to help...and they are unsure..they will find another employee with more knowledge to help you. Employees here smile, joke with you (employee pushing cart with wind chimes was joking with me about how he was entertaining me as I walked to customer service.)

Yes, i found the products I need very fast and easy everything was well organized and neat. There were employees down about every aisle, and they came to you if it looked like you were haveing trouble, i didnt even need to ask. The store was very clean also, no dirt, mud, or wood dust on the floor like you think there would, im very satisfied. Everyone here was so nice, talkative, helpful, and they stay ontask.

The Absecon Home Depot is just as nice as the one in EHT but it is more convenient for me. Our last visit was quick and easy. Upon checkout, the cashier, Krupali, suggested opening a Home Depot card. Reluctantly, I applied. What do you know, I was approved! Krupali was very helpful and friendly making the shopping experience that much better. And I am super happy with the products that I purchased! Thank you Home Depot.

Store employee Keith was very helpful he saved me time and money

Purchased some garden plants and flowers and they are healthy and beautiful! The welcoming smile from the cashier was a small thing but was very nice to see.

For seashore homeowners, the Absecon Home Depot is your new best friend. I've always found it to be a well-stocked store with a courteous, helpful staff. Being open until 10:00 PM except Sundays is a big plus.

All of the employees were standing in huddles talking so we had to find items on our own when we did need assistance. Which could also explain why the store was a mess. We were in the out-door seasonal department. Upon check-out, the two cashiers standing inside the booth were talking to each other. Our cashier, APRIL, had her back towards us. The other cashier was looking at us but never stopped the conversation. I asked her if we should go to her side. She didn’t respond and kept with the conversation while making full eye contact. This went on for some time. We were finally helped but with a lot of attitude from APRIL. We were polite the entire time but APRIL made it seem like we were an inconvenience to her conversation. APRIL then lied and said that she was just getting a drink of water b/c of a cough. She fake-coughed the entire time checking us out without covering her mouth. I don't appreciate being lied to and it was very dishonest. We're not idiots and lying to us was disrespectful. Just apologize for the poor customer service. The other cashier is just as guilty for 1. Not recognizing us while making full eye contact or when we asked for help 2. For not stopping APRIL's conversation and 3. For correcting APRIL's behavior and for letting her lie. Management is not on top of their employees at this store. EHT is a much better store with better employees and worth the extra drive.

Well laid out. Employees are plentiful and helpful. Self service cashiers are lightning fast.

All of the associates were very knowledgeable and were able to assist me with my shopping needs. Checkout was swift and easy. Love this store.
