The employees that I encountered today were extremely friendly and helpful. Directed me to some areas and even took me to the area that I needed and answered all the questions that I had about a particular refrigerator.

This is my favorite Home Depot. There are 3 that are about the same distance from my home, but this one seems so much more personal and friendly. The others are great, too, but there’s something extra special about the atmosphere at the ADA store.

Most of the staff at this location make you feel at home. If you need any help they can all help you but ask for Judd and he is great.

This store has very helpful and kind employees that offer great customer service!

Ada is very lucky to have such a nice, clean Home Depot. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Whether they are greeting you at the entrance or loading things in your car, the customer service of the HD employees is stellar. The garden department is well-stocked in the spring and summer with beautiful plants. They also have really good sales where you can find great bargains!

I shop most of the home improvement stores in SE Oklahoma, and they all have many good points. The ADA Home Depot has great staff. Abby showed me how to save a bunch of money. Thank you Abby!

Joshua at this store helped me find the correct wiper blades I needed and even installed them on my car for me! He also filled up my washer fluid and would not accept the tip I offered. It was below freezing outside and sleeting, but he was kind, professional and courteous as he helped me. What outstanding customer service!

I honestly believe Ada Home Depot has the best products, employees and manager (Brad), I've done a lot of business there and have always gotten what I need and have always been helped. As a female that doesn't know much about building, I've always been helped by people that do know about their products
