AWESOME Job with COVID- 19 Guidelines!!! I needed to purchase a stove ( and did) and felt very comfortable being in there! Seen associates wiping areas, social distancing with sales and customers!!! Very Friendly and knowledgeable!!!

This location is by far one of Home Depot's best stores . Everything is neat and clean and clutter free . Appearance of the store and it's employees says a lot about management . Employees are neat and helpful . Whoever manages this location is doing a great job .

This store is great to shop at, everyone is knowledgeable and Nice to help you if needed.

I like going to this store because I can always get what I need. The employees go out of their way to be helpful and informative! Thank you for you efforts in realizing that customer service is important, and getting your employees to participate in the importance of assisting the customers, to help them be satisfied and get what they need for their projects!

Cashier was very rude. Manipulated us into using self-checkout even though we disagreed with it. When we mentioned it with self-checkout on the receipt she got ignorant again.

The only thing that could of made my experience better would be to have the dryer in stock so I could have picked it up at the store.The employees were friendly and the store was clean.

Some of the folks working here really know their stuff. I went to the store with questions about a gas line repair, and was confident the fella in the plumbing area would immediately know the answer and point me where I needed to go. I've also exchanged Ridgid tools there with no difficulty a few times now, and it's nice that someone is actually standing behind what they sell. Strangely however, two of the cashiers have major attitude problems, but I guess you can't just fire people anymore.

I went shopping at Home Depot and everyone so helpful. The sales person could not have done more for us, and he had a great smile. I notice lots of help around the store. I bought a table saw with legs, great price. I went to the Christmas display and someone was there ready to help me. In fact he took the time to chat with us about the Christmas trees. Very good day at Home Depot. Going back to check out one of the beautiful trees with micro lights on it.

Costumer Service staff are not friendly! I purchased a lot of items from this store in the past and never had the need to use customer service before but, when I purchased a few extra vinyl floor tiles for a bathroom project so I didn't run out. I tried to return them (yes it was after 90 days from when I purchased them because that is when my project was done) I encountered a group of people that was very rude and I told them that I only wanted a store credit which would have been a few bucks. After talking with the Assistant Store Manager who was "always right" and really didn't listen to what I was saying, I decided this was a waste of time and left the store with my cheap vinyl floor tiles.

The store is generally clean and well stocked. The employees are always friendly and helpful, I usually enjoy shopping there.

I recently drove 1 hour to this Home Depot store because I could not purchase what I wanted at out ocal State College H/D store. It was a pleasure dealing with the store associates there. The store was "beaming" with helpful associates. What I wanted was in stock. The service was exemplary. The check-out couldn't have been any better. Overall a painless shopping experience so very different from the poor customer service at our more local store. The drive was so worth it and I will do it again. Thank you Altoona Home Depot.

This store is conveniently located and daily accessible. The staff is pleasantly eager to assist customers. Store is clean and well stocked. This facility is always busy which is a good indication of a well managed place of business.

Love this store. It is my wife and I's new store. Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Neatly stocked and wood here is quality, not like the other home improvement stores in the area where the wood is defective, overpriced and no knowledgeable store support. Employees actually smile and are happy to help. Great Job Home Depot!

Store is always clean, and the people are always so nice. They help me load, find items, and help me save time There could be more registers, but I always wait I wont use the self check out There is always something that I need for the house, the men show me where I can find what I want

Great selection in brands, clean & helpful staff.

I went to the Home Depot in Altoona to look around for material to do my flooring and had the oppertunity to speak with a very nice woman who was very helpful in explaining the difference in the types of flooring which made it easier to decide what I wanted and she also gave me some very helpful tips that made my project go a lot easier. Wish I got her name but just want to say thank you for all your help!
