Employees ignore you when you need the most help. Are only interested in helping to pick out light bulbs. Ugly customer service.

Never had a bad experience at my Home Depot. Employees are always available if I need assistance. Can't say enough good things about Home Depot

the staff is are great ! very helpful finding and advising on what you will need to finish a project. never had store staff help me load my truck before. wow.

very helpful staff here ! they moved my really loaded cart down to sales while i moved my truck to the loading area. and then 3 guys came form somewhere to help load it. never had that happen before ! most of the time ,you on your own ! great staff, they need help in there. as they always loading shelves some where, but they come when needed to help. really, a great place. helpful picking a wood stove and getting into the truck, asking if i was good to go.

Everyone is always helpful and friendly, they go out of their way to assist you with your project. I have met many great associates at the Altoona Home Depot. I always go to Home Depot first.

It seems that ALL the employees are friendly and kind. Every employee I have dealt with had been. The selection of products is amazing and the prices are very reasonable. I prefer to shop at home depot stores compared to other home improvement stores. I definitely recommend this home depot to any consumer. M.A.K.

Love the store. Always neat and clean even the bathroom. Can navigate the store easily. The workers treated me with courtesy and were very helpful ( cutting the metal down to size to fit in my car).

This Altoona Home Depot is amazing. All of the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and actually go out of their way to help and assist you. I never have to look far for someone who can answer my questions. They know their stuff!

The people who work at our Altoona Home Depot are kind, attentive and courteous. They have helped me with my questions too many times to count. I love that they have people there who know about the work that goes behind the products they offer! I have been in there a LOT over the summer. With their kind advice on which products to use and how to apply them, I have gotten (and am getting) some important projects done so that I can rest easy without worry about my house and shed over the winter.

The layout of the store and signage made it very easy to find all the different things I needed. I was asked a couple of times if I needed help, but was doing ok. The store is very well lit and very neat, tidy, and clean. The cashier was very quick at scanning all the lumber and other materials, polite, and even offered to have someone help load my truck. Also, the lumber I bought there was a better grade than some of the other lumber outlets.

I so appreciate the cleanliness and store layout. Most items are easy to find and the labeling is clear to understand. I am always asked if I need assistance also. I especially like the service after going through the checkout. I am offered help getting my supplies to my vehicle.

Just came back from the Depot. Upon checking out I could not find my debit card but Mindy noticed something was wrong right away. She calmed me down, put my merchandise to the side while I went out to the car to find my debit card. When I return back to the store I notified Mindy that I found my card and she promptly took me to the checkout and made everything go very smoothly. Thanks Mindy I really appreciate all your help. GREAT customer service!! I was helped in finding the product I was looking for. Also, it was a hot and humid day when we were there and when we checked out an employee offered us cold bottles of water. They definitely went above and beyond. Would recommend this store.
