This Home depot has a great staff!

Definitely my favorite store. I could be working right next to another store and I would make the drive to the Arnold location to get the quality service I am used to with them.

This store has an extremely knowledgeable staff and rarely is out of what I need. I also like to see how the store promotes within. I have seen many employees move up the ladder and the store manager seems to do a very good job of placing them in the proper departments to match their strengths.

Arnold Store clean, has all products I use and need for projects. Assistance available when needed.

I had a problem and the store manager (Chester) immediately went above and beyond to solve my issue. Thank you Chester for your outstanding customer service.

Store is always clean, shelves are stocked and the employees are friendly and approachable. I have always gotten the help I needed when I went there.

The Arnold MO Home Depot store always gives me the "down home" feel. The associates are always friendly, courteous and very helpful in finding all the items I am looking for. Kudos to three associates that went above an beyond in helping me today with my fencing project. Shawn and Peter were great! Also the cashier, Cami was super nice and went out of her way to help me. Home Depot should be very proud to have these wonderful employees!

Shelves are always filled. There is always an employee near by to help you. They are very knowledgeable and anxious to help you with your projects.

The employees at this store are courteous and polite, helpful, professional, and seem to love what they do. I would recommend this store to everyone I know. I definitely give it a thumbs up. We pass by another Home Depot to get to this one because we like this Store Better. This store seems to be more friendlier. We have bought all our kitchen appliances thru Walter the salesman who was a wonderful at this store. It also was very clean which is what I like.

This is just a wonderful store. It doesn't matter what time of day it is or what day of the week, there are always employees who seem genuinely happy to help you. This is our favorite home improvement store.

I've worked at this store as a 3rd party vendor for almost 2 years now, and this store has been one of the friendliest stores I've ever worked with. The employees are very friendly and respectful, and they make sure that all of my questions are answered and issues are taken care of. The store is kept clean, organized and orderly. And whenever I have trouble finding something particular I can always count on getting help from an associate or general manager. The level of teamwork that this store exemplifies is beyond any other store I've ever worked at. They worked with us on a watering system for my company's product out in the outdoor plant lot, and I can't say that any other store has done that for us without jumping through several hoops. They've also worked with us for holiday-special displays during Halloween and Christmas by supplying us with product to build and maintain our displays. I can, without a doubt, recommend this store to any customer looking for home improvement goods. They make sure you leave happy and ready to conquer whatever task comes next.

We went to this Home Depot after being ignored at another store (they lost a sale!). We were looking at washing machines and were promptly assisted by the man working in that department. He made the process so easy, and explained everything in detail. We made our purchase, and delivery was scheduled for a day convenient for us in less time than we stood waiting for assistance at the other store! Upon leaving the store, an employee thanked us for coming in. The weather here was super, so we had to stop and look at the variety of plants and seeds available. This store had a great selection to select from. I left with the feeling that this store really does care about its customers!

Walter Thurmond was wonderful.

I went into the store bought a compact fridge it was 229 instore when I got home and looked it up it had a price of 199.- why?

Lance the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was not the only person standing in line to complain about the stores policies.

I've never had a bad experience at this Home Depot. I always look for my favorite cashier, Marilyn. She's always friendly, helpful, fast and efficient.

We are in the process of complete renovating two bathrooms and had been shopping at two of Home Depot's competitors for flooring and wall coverings without success. The service we received from Sammie was supurd and she was most helpful in if finding everything we needed..

This store is convienitly located and the staff are always helpful.
