To me it seems like the employees on the isles are more knowledgeable at this store compared to others in the area. They are always willing to help you even if they are working plumbing they will also help you with electrical if needed.

I had to rent a truck from Home Depot. All the employees there were helpful but the one who stands out is Dave. He stayed after hours to help me. I couldn't believe it. He went above and beyond! Kudos Dave!

Keara and Tamara are THE best employees, very willing to help. They helped my wife and I find what we needed and may check out a breeze. The extra help they gave us was by far the most professional and made us feel like we were valued customers. I would recommend this location to everyone for the professional staff and the availability of products.

This is my favorite The Home Depot store in the area. The employees are very professional, know the inventory well, are helpful, and friendly. The store is always very clean and they enforce social distancing rules when in force. Also the curbside pickup is very efficient when you don't want to go in. I would only improve the locker location, you shouldn't have to exit through the "normal" store exit when you are only retrieving your goods from a locker -- the whole point of requesting locker pickup is to avoid human contact! Don't make me exit through the door and walk all the way through the interior! Otherwise, an excellent Home Depot.

Getting immediate help from an associate in appliances was like a dream come true! She took away all of the stress of having to make a major purchase. I had shopped at three other stores looking for a gas range where I had to track down associates who knew little if anything about their department. Help in this store's paint department was pretty good that night.

It’s 80 mile drive to the Arvada store for me, I drive by the Brighton store 20 miles closer, because the service is hands down better at the Arvada store !

Store always appears clean. Have noticed a shortage on Milwaukee safety glasses ($9.99 clear). Have gone twice and they are always sold out. They always seem to have knowledgeable employees.

The Arvada Home Depot provides ample assistance in finding products and advice. You are usually greeted at the front of the store by a person that can direct you to the location of the product that your after.

What separates Home Depot from other DIY stores is experienced trades people on the floor to give advice. Simply telling someone where to find a particular product is of little use if the customer is unsure of what type of product they need. This store has very knowledgeable floor support available. That makes it my go-to store for remodeling supplies.

I have always liked shopping at this store because they always have what I need in stock and the employees have job knowledge and well trained. Also, the employees at this Home Depot are very customer conscious and so helpful. Anyone working there knows where I can find whatever, which aisle to go to. That saves me time. Plus the store is kept neat and the aisles are not cluttered up like some places. Being disabled, they always have a fully charged electric cart for me. Well managed and shopping here is a pleasant experience.

Been to many a Home Depot stores and for me, Arvada Home Depot is the best! Normally carries more product than many others. (Covid messing with that big time right now though). More often than not I can find help when I need it and the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Store is kept pretty clean and so are their restrooms.
