Great store.... One stop shopping

Pia in hardware was terrific in helping me re-key a Schlage doorknob. She was very pleasant, careful, and detail-oriented during the entire encounter. She offered a few tips on the lock and even went over the installation instructions and how to set up the doorknob. Pia was wonderful!

Not only was the store clean, the bathroom was very clean and smells clean. They have special parking for professionals like me and also special parking for veterans.

Special thanks to Mrs. Wesley R. She always helps me with ANY question I have and spends as much time as necessary to find the right product! Very knowledgeable and truly helpful Lady!

Well organized. Great Management trickles down to comfortable, knowleagable staff. They are willing to work with your ideas. 99% of them know where EVERYTHING is!!! Smells of fresh lumber. Cashiers must know all 1,372 procedures at the register. Smile.

This man is very friendly and he knows where to find things I need to buy. He knows how things are working and gives always good advice. I notice that he helps others customer with the same attitude. If you need it they got it. if you don't know how to do it or use it the excellent store employees and tell you the right and most efficient ay to do it. I highly recommend this store and have used their services and products many time. If you want to do something right see them.

I BOUGHT A VACUUM CLEANER V7 DYSON MOTORHEAD. I ASKED THE CASHIER ABOUT THE PAPERS OF THE INSURANCE THAT I BOUGHT, PAID 249 DOLLARS FOR THE DYSON AND PAID 35 DOLLARS FOR THE INSURANCE. THE CASHIER TOLD ME TO GO TO HOMEDPOT.COM/SURVEY, IT TURNED OUT TO BE AN ENTRY TO A SWEEPSTAKE. I NEED THE INSURANCE PAPERS. CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME?

Our trailer broke down and Lisa helped us with a drill and some screws. she actually came out to the parking lot to help put the side of the trailer back on! so helpful!

I could not find nor get a person to help me in Aisle 29. After walking around, then going up front, where they did call for someone, I waited in the aisle. Still no one. So I called the store from my cell phone. I still waited. Finally someone came-from the garden dept-but passed right by me. I had to go get him from the next aisle! He was able to help me but the wait and frustration weren’t worth the effort.

I love walking into your store, I could spend hours in there. Your store is very clean, the associates are readily available. I can always find what I need.
