During COVID-19 THIS HOME DEPOT Is doing all it can to keep the store clean. The store is always friendly service.

Covid-19 has had a tremendous impact on the service and products provided by this store. My pre-Covid experience here was always very good.

The Bainbridge (Chagrin Falls) store is the most convenient local big box store for me. I am usually able to find what I need with no problem at all. on the rare occasion that I need assistance, the store employees are always willing to help. I am impressed with the cleanliness of the store and appreciate that during the pandemic Home Depot takes the extra steps to provide a safe shopping environment. Thank you!

Home Depot Aurora does an excellent job overall, I have been shopping here since the open the store! I am very pleased with this location and I know most of the employees. 97% of the employee are excellent and very hard workers.

No tool rental. Rarely can find a lumber cart to use. Freight is always lined up in the aisles making it hard to navigate. Checkout is much better now that they have self checkout.

Great experience here, shopped for items for our kitchen, sink, fauctes, etc. Was very satisfied with the whole experience. Will go back there as needed. Good customer service and friendly staff. When this store first opened, it needed experienced people to work there. Since its opening, service and help have improved dramatically. The store is always clean and neat when I've been there, and rarely do I have to wait very long at check-out. Your employees have always been anxious to help, even when they were busy with other customers. Once finished with the other customer, they have sought me out to lend a hand. I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot.

This Home Depot is very easy to shop. Knowledgeable help. I’m not a contractor but a homeowner need to fix thing sometimes the help is grand here.

Excellent appliance salesperson--very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, did not try to upsell us. Another big box store nearby told us delivery would take over 2 weeks. At Home Depot, we will have our new dryer in a few days.
