Although I hardly ever write reviews, but with my experience today at Home Depot, I can not but write one. Savio was awesome! Savio helped us locate the items needed and he was very resourceful by providing tips to improve our project. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. During checkout, the cashier, Lily, was also very helpful as she had to go back to the aisle to obtain the item code. She was very friendly.

Come to this store frequently. Usually have what I am looking for. Friendly employees.

I never give excellent or extremely....but this is a great store...clean...2 employees helped me but I only saw Christina's name at check-out...the other was in hinges & locks...Dezavala Rd is closer but we have a get away place in Pipe Creek & stop at this store most weekends we go up...thks & keep up the good work

8 store employees I encountered, all went past CS standards to helpout & answered numerous ??s, got me in/out of store in record time. I definitely will ONLY shop this store in future.

I just wanted to say that the sales associate Matthew provided amazing customer service. He went above and beyond to help us locate an item we saw online and were looking for. Once we located the item he had someone lower down the pallet and went and got us a flatbed cart and helped us at check out. That is amazing customer service and he made us feel valued as customers. Thank you Matthew for all your help.

Greeted at the door and asked by another employee if he could help me find what I needed. Yes, Great store experience On another note I bought 3 boxes of fire logs that were weathered - rain damaged and turns out to be very useless due to all the rain damage. They would not reimburse me for the weathered logs. ( I was thinking at least replace them.)

The store was clean, and the aisles umcluttered. Though I visit the store regularly as a Pro Customer, I use the Home Depot App (App) -- not in-store assistance -- to locate items for purchase. I do my research in advance, put items in my eCart, and use those as if ean Shopping List. The App tells me exactly where an item is located in the store. When I need an Associate, he or she has been extremely helpful. Some general comments are: 1) I can rarely locate an Associate in a particular department when assistance is required; 2) paging an Associate through a Cashier or Customer Service does not always guarantee the arrival of an Associate; 3) Associates at this location seem more laid back that at other locations, e.g. two on-break Associates were outside smoking and skateboarding by the Pro Parking; 4) when shopping, I have discovered that Associates are not even available in various departments because nobody was scheduled for that time of day, i.e. Why post hours of operation, and not be fully staffed?; and 5) I typically know more than the Associate for a particular department. I like the fact that Tools, Plumbing and Electrical "typically" have experienced Associates somewhere in the store.

The store on Bandera was clean and had a more modern look compared to the Home Depot in Boerne which is where I live. Jackie at the Bandera store was outstanding in helping me find what I was looking for.

The paint associates located at home depot 9115 N Loop 1604 W, San Antonio, TX 78249 we're very friendly except for Charles S. This old man is angry at the world and he takes it on the customers. I've never seen this guy smile and he's always mad. I've had enough with this guy when he started mouthing off with what I should do or not do.

Bad customer service. Tools that were returned back to the shelves were not verify that are complete. High prices. The new cash registers charge you twice. Be advise!! Employees are so rude.

the store is good overall, however i am very unhappy with the install services on garage doors openers, they have no follow up on services only on the point of sale...sad
