Leela the cashier is my favorite. She doesn't needlessly chat with everyone in line, she keeps it moving and I appreciate that. Whenever I see that she's working I go straight to her line for check out. She's the best!

Store is well laid out and I can find everything I need. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Store is always clean and shelves well stocked.

Check out speed is far superior then your competitor. The associate at the check stand Leela is always friendly and just her personality brings a smile to my face every time I’m there. She’s like the Grandma that everyone wishes they had :)

This store is always clean and organized. The staff members are always friendly, approachable and willing to help find or inform me about products. I feel comfortable and at ease at this store.

I have found that every Home Depot is different. I would not be able to write a good review for every store that I have visited, but THIS STORE I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed. I recently got a bid for replacement carpeting and the experience was GREAT overall! The associates that helped me were Rhonda and Mary. I also received great service from Mary Kay in Kitchen and Bath Design.

They stereotype everyone in the store and treat them as thieves instead of making sure the customers that need help have it they are rude and stand-offish. I spent hundreds of dollars in two trips (easy to do at stores with tools) and when I asked for management when the floor reps wouldn’t help the manager didn’t want to come from his office to help.

I shop at the Bellingham Home Depot almost daily for the company I work for Handyman Services. I have always been happy with the service there. Recently while waiting to meet with a cabinet specialist I overheard an employee (Mary Ann in the cabinet department) speaking rudely to a customer who she was supposed to be helping. She was condescending and mean in her communication. That day I met with Andrea Ferrell to order my cabinets, who I found very helpful, kind in her communication, and very easy to work with. When I returned a day later to order cabinets for a different client, Andrea was not available so I reluctantly tried to start my order with Mary Ann. About 5 minutes in I was so fed up with her rude comments and lack of professional customer service skills that I walked away. I came back moments later and ordered thru Andrea, who was very helpful, professional, and personable. In my opinion Mary Ann should not be working in customer service. Her tone and condescension towards others is down right rude.

I've found this Home Depot store to be outstanding during my last seven years. Because of this I remain a loyal HD customer. Keep up the good service. Ron Uhl

During this time of covid 19 concerns I have been shopping Home Depot online, many of the products I have purchased either are at the store or ordered and delivered to the store. I have had considerable communication with staff at the customer service area. The staff there have been very helpful assisting in deliveries and curbside pick up. Jack particularly was extremely helpful. Thank you

Good store in general

I was not in the Bellingham, WA store. I was in the Spokane,WA store. The Spokane store was well maintained.

its a pretty good store to buy things from . The Paint Department help is not the greatest. I have gone in there with 4 attendants behind the counter with no one else wanting service and it took for ever for them to help me. Another time I asked for assistance for someone to help me load my hot water tank in my vehicle. I waited for ever and no one came, I went and did it myself.

If you need windows for a new or remodel construction, go see heather in the mill department. She helped me out so much and gave us a great price! Would definitely use her again.

What a great clean, friendly store. I will be happy to do my shopping there again next time I have a need.

Consistently excellent service and clean, organized layout make it always a pleasant shopping experience. Added to that is the attention to the safety of their staff and shoppers in this pandemic make Home Depot always my first choice in construction materials and home appliances.

Fast excellent service! Every question I had was answered promptly and completely. Every product ideas looking for, I found. Those I struggled to find, an associate was able to locate for me quickly. The tool kit I purchased was missing a battery pack, that I presume someone had stolen. The store answered my call, after hours, and made sure there was a replacement for me immediately the following morning. All staff were very very helpful, accommodating, and compassionate. I am thrilled with my experience.
