I got what I needed and I decided to self check due to lack of time!!! Jammie the cashier was outstanding and understood my time pressure, she was familiar with the products and knew how to split my total into two credit cards. Thanks Home Depot for hiring super employees like Jammie.

Thus month I bought linoleum and employee helped quickly and gave me items to complete work then my water heater went out I bought a new one then bought cabinets and blinds for my rental

Rude Employees in almost every department

The employees took me to the items I was searching for, instead of just telling me where they were. They were friendly. The store was clean. I did notice some empty carts parked on the aisles.

The employees are extremely helpful. They make sure that your experience is perfect.

The management and home appliances team went over and above to make a bad experience great! So happy with their efforts.

The layout is easy to navigate and find the items you are looking for. The location of the store makes it easy to get to and out of.

Horrible customer service! The employees don't care and spend their time talking to each other rather than helping customers. I tried to set up a measurement appointment for new carpet. I was scheduled for a day they didn't even have techs working and I sat there all day waiting. When I called, nobody cared. Tried again to reschedule and was met with more miscommunication and incorrect information. They really demonstrated how much they don't care and your project is not a priority!

This store was neat / clean and the staff was helpful as well as caring for the customers needs. This really made my trip enjoyable.

Mark, the Assistant Manager, who wants to run the show, does not know how to run the show. He wants a promotion to be a Manager. Don't even know how to honor an order that was placed online. Claims that I am some sort of thieve came to steal the items. I am a PRO member, visits Home Depot almost 3-4 times a week, had this worst experience for the first time, esp Mark who doesn't know anything about his job. He claims the order I placed online was not from My account and I am not the pick up person on the order. I showed him an email of the order, showed my name on the email, showed my ID, then also he was SO RUDE. Will definitely wish, doesn't get promoted to a MANAGER job anytime.

Go to the Garden department if you have any planting needs. Ask for a gentleman named "Smoke"...he is the best in the business. He does it with passion and a readiness to help you with all your gardening needs. It was the best Customer Service experience I have ever had.

There are always store associates available to help customers locate and select what they need. Store is always neat and clean. Good selection in every dept.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received in the appliance department. Dustin and Laurie helped me put together an entire kitchen package for my condo renovation. I needed a counter depth refrigerator which is less common. They helped me choose appliances that were in stock so as not to hold up my project. Great teamwork Thank you

I went to get some last minute items.. although I wasn't able to get some help immediately but this Awesome employee by the name of JOE came to help me. If you need help, ask for Joe!! Thanks Joe for going above and beyond brother!! Thank you to the Awesome Home Depot Hiring Team for giving Joe an opportunity! Please make sure Joe gets recognized and hopefully promoted!!
