The store was clean with clean restrooms. Staff directed me to the items needed and staff assisted with check out. I was disappointed that no staff offered to help me load heavy items.

Its always a great experience going to Home Depot you never know what you will see, or who you will run into. The cashiers are great and always offer to get someone to help when they see you are overloaded with merchandise.

Excellent shopping experience - I visit this store often, and the only complaint I have is that on rare occasions they don't carry the product I want or are out of stock.

The store was very neat and clean and the merchandise was easy to find.

The employees were super nice, extremely helpful, patient, professional & knowledgeable! The clean store had everything we needed in stock & easily found (employees know exactly where items are). Unfortunately, whether it was from employees or shoppers clandestinely opening the box, my brand new toilet was missing vital parts. Plumber says this happens SEVERAL TIMES to him in past when toilets are purchased from Home Depot. I'd like to think it was customers, but it seems to happen so frequently, it's unlikely EVERY customer that needs toilet parts does this all the time. (Or maybe my faith in humanity is too high)

The employees like to try to get by with telling lies to the customers and when they get caught doing so they want to kick the customer out of the store

I just want to say that if anyone needs to buy appliances ask for Traci French or Josh wells! They are amazing people!! God bless them for helping us with everything!

Mrs. Kiki Lynch was fantastic. She is the reason I come to Home Depot. She knows where everything is, what I need for the job, and how to do home improvement. She IS the reason I come to Home Depot. She IS the reason I spend my money at Home Depot. She exceeds all my shopping needs. She should be a VERY valued employee and compensated as such.

Kiki Lynch was outstanding in customer service. She aided us in all aspects of our project to repaint our living room. She helped with color selection, mixing custom colors, brush selection, all supplies, and cleanup and storage of leftover supplies. Mrs. Lynch is instrumental for us choosing Home Depot for this project. She will also be instrumental of our continued use of Home Depot for our home improvement needs. She is an excellent asset to your company and should be valued as such.

I love my Bellmead Texas Home Depot. Store associated Rick R. and cashier Deneva were especially attentive and helpful. They identified savings for me and were friendly and attentive to my needs. I recommend this store to anyone.

I would like to Thank the employees at this particular store for their Excellent Customer Service. Not only did a young lady help me by answering my questions, she called another employee with more knowledge to help me make my decision. The next day i returned to make the purchase and 2 very helpful, knowledgeable employees helped me find the correct items i needed to install my new AC/Heater combo unit. I was Very impressed with the customer service i received. I have shopped this store many times before, but must admit that the customer service was superior to any i have received there in the past!!!

This is a clean store with helpful, friendly sales associates. Maybe I lucked up and went at one of the slower times but was pleasantly happy to have sales associates able to assist me and answer question instead of being overloaded with so many customers needing their assistance at the same time. At my home store in MI that was often the case.

Every time I come into this store it is nothing but a great experience. The employees' are so nice, respectful and helpful, explaining different items and helping me locate them as well.

Associates here know their stuff. And if they don't immediately have the answer, they sure find someone pretty quick who does. Got all my questions answered.. Another associate came along side and helped load my vehicle without being asked. 5 stars for this store!

This store is easy to get around in and very well stocked!! It’s the only place to shop that close to my small town and the employees are very helpful!! No waiting when I go to check out!!

I had a fairly good experience but I was very much dissatisfied with the way way my ceremic tile was loaded in my pickup. no one tied down the load and they left 22 boxes of tile on the pallet and they were left standing up instead of loading them flat on the way home they fell over and 3 cases of 16 tiles per case broke! Employees who load should be carefully watched
